Bait-and-switch pricing + refusal to refund
We approached Gudee to evaluate the line for the US hospitality market. Communication was confusing and slow, with changing explanations about “samples” vs. “trial orders,” and shifting requirements.
We eventually paid for a small evaluation order via PayPal. After that payment, Gudee sent a new 2026 price list that was significantly higher than the earlier price list used during the decision process. We decided not to proceed and requested a refund. Gudee refused and only offered a small partial refund.
Quality may be fine, but the commercial side (pricing clarity, consistency, and refund handling) was not professional. If you consider doing business with them, confirm final pricing and terms in writing before paying anything.
