The service from Guardian is always SUPERB

The service from Guardian is always first class from the moment you make the call to to engineer arriving.
They are superb. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are a joy to deal with. thank you guys

Sam C was amazing!

Thanks goodness Sam C in accounts answered the phone when I called - she managed to clear up in a few minutes the issues I had been trying to have resolved with invoices/direct debits for over a year. Such a relief to have everything finally sorted out. Thanks Sam!!

Staff are super friendly

Staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful. Both the engineer who came to do the initial check up and the two young men who came today to change the batteries were very professional, polite and did a great job.

Look elsewhere if you can

This company took over another local firm a couple of years ago. Engineers clearly not trained on the system and faults started to occur since the takeover. Contract is now expensive and not worth the money

To enable us to ensure we are up to speed with the ever evolving technologies all our Engineers regularly attend training courses and are fully trained on the majority of systems, older systems can sometimes be challenging as many parts are unobtainable, however our Engineers endeavour to rectify any faults however new or aged the alarm. Woeful!

Guardian have repeatedly ignored my emails and continue to send me invoices even after I have cancelled my contract with them.

5 star service

I recently had my usual annual alarm service and the engineer James picked up a problem with one of our PIRs. He logged the fault to be investigated by another engineer who sorted out the problem and discovered another one from a while back, which we didn’t realise we had. We have a very old system which most young engineers will not have come across before. This didn’t phase Jo. He quickly did some research on his phone, solved the problem and left very happy customers with his service. He was a lovely cheerful happy guy who explained everything he did and solved the difficult problems. I wish everyone was like him.

Wow!

Wow, had the pleasure of meeting someone driving one of your nicely sign written dark red vans, driving down a single track country lane in Shottenden at approx 1 P.M. 10/09/21, driving too fast round a blind bend he could barely stop, and he ended up in to the muddy bank to stop short of where I was already stationary. When he had reversed back to a passing point, I politely indicated to him to slow down, when he told me to F##k Off, Is this the image you are happy to send out? Public image? Maybe invest in some public relations or anger management courses.

Intermittent fault

I phoned about an intermittent fault. The telephone receptionist was incredibly helpful and organised for a technician to visit the following day. In turn, he was also helpful, thorough and knowledgeable and agreed an upgrade plan with me to resolve the issue. Great service.
