Fast delivery, packed well to protect the products. Nothing to complain about here. They have a great variety of stuff and the prices are decent.

If I could give it zero I would. Parcel said delivered just after 2 days I paid £23 for delivery and the postcode says invalid although it matches my details on the order. I do not have my parcel. Now will have to raise a dispute. I have reported this business for fraud also.

Impeccable service!! I couldn't be more grateful to be able to find American products in a European store with reasonable and affordable shipping costs, prepaid VAT and fast delivery.

Grand Theft shop!! They have never refunded my money back after not delivering an item from my order..After a couple of emails to and from they stopped responding!!! Never again

Worst experience I've ever had ordering an item online. I should've checked reviews before ordering. They give excuses after excuses for not delivering my order. They have even stopped responding to my attempt to contact them. Here I was thinking I've found a good store to order. Very disappointing.

I can tell you what GT stands for - Grand Theft. Lies after lies, 20 days after placing an order, still hasn't been even dispatched. I strongly recommend to avoid this company, or contact your bank and do a chargeback request, waste of time and money

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before buying on this site. I ordered some products, I received the order confirmation email and they never arrived. I don't know anything about it anymore, I placed the order a month ago

One year ago (yes, ONE YEAR) I placed an order with this FRAUDULENT company.

After many weeks waiting, the order didn't arrive, while all the products I ordered where in stock...

So, I've sent a clear email (IN TWO LANGUAGES ...) Explaining EVERYTHING. But there came no reaction what so ever.

After that (about 4 weeks later) I contacted them by phone... Explained it all AGAIN and they PROMISED to ship everything THE DAY AFTER... this didn't happen at all.

I even filed a complain with the authorities, but AGAIN no reaction in ANY WAY, shape or form.
It makes you wonder doesn't it...

As I already said... Now, ONE YEAR LATER still nothing...
I didn't receive ANY answer, response or let be ANY SING of my order or my money..

THIS IS THEFT, THIS IS A CRIMINAL COMPANY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Worst online shop I have ever used. I called them after i didnt get any information from them.First excuse after payment from them was that my address was not correct, which is not true, second excuse then came that they are yet to receive payment and now the third excuse is that what I ordered is not available anymore In their shops. Am yet to receive a refund even though they claim to refund, still haven't received any refund. Competency is Zero. Never ever going to shop from them again. Bad experience. Zero point for me.

Horrible is what these people are. It took 3weeks before i got my domestic order (came incomplete) and they claimed the post returned back to them 3 times because i wasn’t home which is a blatant lie as i am always home since i work remotely and received dozens of deliveries within that period except these people. Moreover in the event i’m not home DHL always leaves a notice to pick up from their office and i have never had an encounter where my delivery was returned to sender except with these guys. They never bothered to notify me of anything and i would have to always call check. I’m still waiting for a refund they promised for the missing order still nothing. Other horrible details of my experience i haven’t added to this review. I’m only glad it wasn’t an expensive order but if you can’t trust someone with little things, why would i ever trust them again. Never ever shopping online here again thats for sure.

This is the first time I am dissapointed with GT world ,delivery is fester but the wig I bought is horrible looks totally different from what I ordered,the Mascara is dry nothing in it,the brush from eye shadow falling off never again I will buy anything from this Shop!

Their services is terrible, they sold a defective hot comb (dream hair product) which exploded as soon as it was connected and messed up my electricity. Do not buy this terrible product.

I finally got my refund after about a month.what a relief.

I haven't receive my package. it is 3 weeks ago. They have already taken my money, but no package. They keep sending the same email, that they can't deliver my order. It's a scam.
