This my second review about this site, people can see my previously review and see how they answered me and be polite, after that i send all the information they requested from me and they promise resolve it ,but guess what happened? Exactly, nothing, stay away from this site

Scam, I never received my order, they told me to resend the order and nothing, stay away from this scam

Product order fine but when i wanted to return he items as they broke the first time i tried them on they did not reply and after a follow up email claimed the email reply went to my junk...i have now sent over 10 emails asking how to return the items or get a replacement sent out and still no response from them which is really bad - i think they just don't care and want to keep hold of your money as it's now been two months of emails to them and only one email response

PACKAGE WAS ULTIMATLEY SEIZED BY USPS FOR COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE

This is a warning to be vigilant and make sure you use PayPal when dealing with companies like this. I saw the positive reviews and figured regardless of some of the red flags to give this company a try. We ordered a ring for a birthday present on August 20th. The birthday party the ring was for was October 10th. Judging by reviews and the company's site this should have been a perfectly acceptable expectation. We paid via PayPal and began to wait. Finally at the end of September, with a decent buffer still before the party, we received our shipping notification. This was when the first problem happened.

Customs seized the package because postage had not been paid properly. When I tried calling to resolve the issue I was advised that only the shipper could do that. Luckily, with literal hours left before USPS permanently seized the package, GTHIC paid the postage. It was now after the date of the party because of the company's delay in responding to the postage issue. However, our journey was not yet finished.

Customs had our package leaving a distribution center less than 9 hours away from the delivery address. After waiting an additional 2 weeks, we reached out to USPS to determine why it was taking so long for something that was so close. It was at this point that USPS notified us that the package was not addressed to us, not coming to our state, and we could not be given anymore information. USPS advised us to immediately reach out to PayPal and gave us a case number for PayPal to request information on.

We decided to first talk to Gthic about this. After hearing about our conversation with USPS; Gthic offered to ship a new ring, give us a gift card, and deny any refund because "the package is still in route and you will not get it." We again reiterated the information that USPS had given us and then made the ultimatum that if Gthic would not process an actual refund that we would go directly to PayPal and utilize their buyer protection program. Finally, Gthic agreed to process the refund.

That was going to be the end of the story. However we decided to keep tabs on the tracking information just to see where the package did eventually go. That brings us to now which is mid November. USPS has offically seized the package issuing the following statement:

"The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse."

I know with the vast number of positive reviews this company has this review will likely not make it to many people's eyes. However we could not let that dissuade us from potentially saving one person from this kind of behavior. We truly believe that had we not paid via PayPal we would have been completely out of our money.

I’m a time when online sellers look for any way to unscrupulous and cheat people, GTHIC is 100% different. They have great prices, incredible products and most of all a simply outstanding customer service team. Alway quick to respond and work to find a solution. One person in that department is Celine. She is hands down, the best C.S. Representative it has my pleasure to deal with. Fast, fair and a great communicator.

When my order was lost in the mailing process, Gthic promptly took care of the problem.
The Tree of Life ring exceeded my expectations as a superior product and the price point was more than acceptable.

I received a Halloween costume which was marked XXL but was way too small. I tried contacting GTHIC 3 times about returning and never got a response, also trying thru PayPal but I'm not getting a anywhere, I would never deal with this company again

After a long delayed delivery (which wasn’t the fault of Gthic) they were very communicative, and helped me a lot to get my favorite ring. The prices are a little high, but the quality too.

Requested an exchange on 3 rings for larger sizes, contacted them via email with no reply. Contacted them on instagram and finally got a reply, followed the returns policy they provided. Sent the items back to them which cost over £20 as they asked for tracked and signed and its been sat in customs since the 14th August. Have contacted them multiple times on various platforms, provided all details including screenshots of the tracking history and tracking number. Still no reply.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company.

This pirate bracelet has a vintage finish that makes it look like an antique. It’s sturdy, and I get compliments on it all the time.

I’m a big fan of all of the rings I’ve received from Gthic. My first purchase was back in 2021 and they remain just as great looking in 2025. I’ve
ordered from them multiple times since, and almost all of the rings I regularly wear are from them. The design and quality is really impressive, above and beyond rings I’ve bought from other brands at similar price points. Shipping isn’t the fastest, but this didn’t bother me at all and I was more than happy to wait a little longer in order to get something high quality and well designed. Highly recommend!
