UPDATE AGAIN- April 29, 2025 I was asked for my order number only after leaving a review. They still want me to pay part of the shipping on an item i never received to begin with. I have a locked mailbox and i never received the necklace. This is how they want to resolve an order issue. It all started when I ordered a necklace for a gift for my son and it showed up as delivered. I contacted GTHIC through email explaining it says delivered and it's not here. I have a locked mailbox and it was said to be delivered to my mailbox. They asked me to look around my home which i did prior to contacting them. Then
I was told if I pay for the shipping again then they would send me a "Free" replacement. I explained several times through several emails and they wouldn't accommodate me by replacing the item without needing to pay again. I also asked for my money back and that was a no. I left 2 reviews on the site but they never appeared under review. I understand things happen and get lost in the mail but i never receivedthe item i ordered. If you don't receive your order you won't get a replacement unless u want to pay for shipping. UPDATE ADDING ORDER # 91020917303414 I'll update if I get an update. Today is 3/10/25. Update Today is 3/25/25 I posted the order number after being asked but that didn't change things. Haven't heard from them again. UPDATE 4/20/25 It's been almost a month since being asked for the order number and being told they would solve. Still waiting. UPDATE 4/22/25 After giving an update I received an email from GTHIC they said in the 1st email they would solve the issue but this email they are asking me to pay for half the shipping because they paid the first shipping when they've shipped the necklace I never received.

This shop is super sweet and helpful! The detail in the ring is amazing, highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed! :)

This company is a fraud! Stay away from them. They don’t send your product on time and when you ask for your money back they steal 50%. Horrible people.

This is my second purchase at Gthic and I have to say honestly - I'm staying with them for a long time. The products in real life are awesome. And fast delivery (10 days to Denmark). Thanks Gthic!!!

it's been 2 weeks since i ordered and they haven't shipped my rings yet, WHY????

I’ve been waiting a week and 1 day have not received it yet I call usps and they say it hasn’t been released yet so I’m wondering why it hasn’t been released yet has anyone have this issue and received the package

The product was exactly what I envisioned and more. Tracking and contact with the help team was easy to access and very professional with a touch of person to person interaction. Would recommend this site to anyone.

Great variety of rings for great prices! I've ordered more than a few and I love them all. Also purchased some accessories and hoodies and they are exactly as advertised which is always a gamble with online purchases. Shipping was pretty quick too! Will definitely be a consistent customer.

They made a perfect custom piece I gave to them and it was a very easy and polite process!

If I could give a lower rating to this store I would. First off label was created in New York. My ring was shipped from California. Then the post office had fun with it. When it finally arrived it was too small. Emailed the company to ask for an exchange and was told that my ring was made custom order which is a bunch of bull that there's a 30% material fee for it to be exchanged as well as paying for the shipping back to the company as well as paying for the shipping back to me. Then looked into the company further lo and behold it's not the American company this freaking company is based in China. So they drop ship in the US they want you to mail it back to China charge you 30% basically as a restocking fee because my ring definitely was not not made to order and then all the shipping fees. Worst company I have ever dealt with for a return absolutely. I'm not wasting any more money or time with this company. Buyer beware when you're buying from a company that says they are from the US when they're actually from China. The only way I found out there a Chinese company is when I looked at their return policy.

BUYER BEWARE... products are okay with borderline quality. Terrible customer support and non-existent return policy. Find another place to shop if at all possible.

If there was a zero rating option I would choose that...
I had no trouble in the past with my orders from Gthik, but the first time things did not go smooth with the delivery their customer service was below par...
Ordered almost one month and a half ago, made an amendment to the order shortly afterwards and the parcel supposed to arrive before Christmas...
There, the nightmare started...EVRI, their incompetent courrier contractor, failed to deliver the parcel twice, trying to drop off the item at the wrong location..!!
To avoid further frustration, I asked EVRI to amend the delivery for a Post Office nearby so I can go and collect it..
Result? Parcel went out on delivery on Christmas eve and was never delivered...
On EVRI's system is still stuck on 24/12/2024 as "out for delivery"...
After many days of trying to communicate and get updates of my parcel's whereabouts, they finally suggested that I should contact Gthik to ask for a resend or refund while the matter was investigated....
I contacted Gthic and their support send me back to EVRI to resolve the issue..
The last few days I feel like a ping pong ball, not having my ordered items neither the £98 I have spent on my purchase...
I can understand that Gthik is not liable for EVRI's incompetence, but they definitely need to be more flexible and make their customers feel safe when they make a transaction with them...All they did was to redirect me back to a dead end...and that was AFTER I provided all the information and explained what happened, with evidence...Two days have passed since I contacted them again on the matter and still no response...
Right now I don't trust making any more purchases on their site and I am assessing my legal options to protect my consumer interests and getting my money back...

As for your quote, you replied to me before you were on holiday, saying that you would take action after the parcel is received by your courier. My question is this: if the parcel has not been returned to you by now, what makes you think, that it will be returned anyway? The parcel is lost, neither EVRI nor GTHIK know where it is and I still (1 month later) do not have the items I have ordered or my money back. Perhaps you will understand when you receive an official letter stating forthcoming legal actions on my behalf. Enough is enough.

I love the rings and the box they came. Very official tissue. My order arrived way quicker than I thought it would. Will be putting in another one soon.

I ordered a men’s T shirt. Website was easy to navigate and it was delivered on time. It was well packaged and I’m pleased with the quality. I ordered XXL and it’s XL sized but labelled XXL. Not a problem for me as I can wear both sizes. I will definitely order from them again.
