Graham has just replaced our old boiler and fitted new controls around the house. It’s always a bit of a risk when you use someone that you don’t know for project like this but we need not have worried. Graham was a superstar from preparing and amending the quote right to final handover. He dealt professionally and skilfully with the odd unforeseen challenge and we have no hesitation in awarding him a 5-star recommendation.

Graham updated our hearing system including adding in split heating controls for different floors. It ended up being a much more difficult job than initially expected due to the age of our boiler and heating system. But Graham didn’t complain at any stage and just got on with it in a very professional manner until he was satisfied that it was completed. Any problems that came up during the process he managed to overcome and dealt with them without moaning about the details. Graham is a very nice guy, easy to deal with and clearly very knowledgeable. It was clear from his first visit to quote, that Graham would be the right person to install a new Vaillant boiler and radiators for me.
He has proved to be very reliable, is obviously a very experienced engineer and has carried out an excellent job. He is very friendly and polite and given that I am admittedly fussy and ask lots of questions, he was always very patient in explaining things and cheerful as well. He also carried out some work that hadn't been planned, on our Megaflo system and all carried out for a fair price.
I would say he must be one of the best heating engineers out there and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Graham did a great job with my boiler service and spotted a fault which was covered by the warranty. He contacted the manufacturers on my behalf and arranged for the fault to be rectified. He is efficient, friendly and responds to call outs quickly. Highly recommended!

Graham recently carried out a complete gas check at the property we are renting. He spotted some irregularities with the gas fitting behind the hob unit. Though it was in our best interest, it was Graham who ensured this was done in a timely fashion.

New to area and therefore my first time to use the services of GS Landry & Son Ltd. for the annual servicing of various gas appliances in my home, plus the installation of a replacement heating thermostat, which included the personal programming of it. Very impressed with all work carried out and in a friendly and courteous manner. In addition to that all questions I had about the various hot water and heating appliances within my home were answered very very clearly. I feel very confident about any future work plus regular annual maintenance.

Graham just serviced the boiler he installed for me a year ago now (I meant to rave about it then!) the whole installation was done quickly and with no fuss, its neat, compact, looks great and runs perfectly.
Despite having some very specific installation requirements Graham bent over backwards to accommodate all my plans and I believe he succeeded where I’m certain others would have taken the easy route and not put themselves out nearly as much to meet my wishes. Graham was the most patient, accommodating and professional person I could have wished for, also his years of experience and knowledge are clear to see when asking for impartial advice he gives it willingly without trying in any way to sell himself or his company’s services.
I now come to Graham’s company for all my boiler servicing and heating needs and I highly recommend him, he is without doubt simply the best in the area.

Graham attended the property the day after I called (non emergency) at a convenient time, was polite and courteous, immediately identified the fault and rectified it within an hour. Really pleased with the service compared to other engineers I've experienced. Would thoroughly recommend him.

This company is fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful when we called and were very accommodating given we live some distance away from Berkshire. We needed them to drain the system at an unoccupied property very quickly in order to meet our buildings insurance requirements and they were quick and very thorough. If you are looking for a reliable plumber in the area then couldn't recommend more highly.

Has been carrying out my boiler servicing for a number of years. Keeps my old boiler going, any problems are sorted out quickly and efficiently and work is of high standard. Provides full reports on the work done. Would definitely recommend.
