The kids love their Growplay set so much, they’re even out there on a foggy Tassie morning at 7.30am! We love all of the accessories and have already started a Christmas wish list for more.
Customer service was great. Easy to put up, although did take more time than suggested. Very sturdy, having already been tested with a birthday party full of kids.

Easy ordering process, fast delivery.
Excellent quality equipment. I think it's too expensive even though it is Excellent equipment, but for the materials and what it is the price is too high really and I bought it on special. Also the instructions need work. Assembly wasn't too bad for the basic frame but adding accessories needs to be included in the main instructions as a not to state if fitting accessory 'x' then fit to this part before assembly. I had to remove parts and refit so many times because of that. Also just number the parts rather than letters and numbers and make the diagram match the numbers exactly then it would be so simple.
Also should include more than one long ground pin for each foot. I would say at least 2. Otherwise very happy so far.

I am a mum of three boys who lives on a rural block in Darwin, NT. I have been on the hunt to find a set of monkey bars which looks incredible, can be easy assembled and offer a whole lot of fun for the kids.

With the digital activities amongst us, we really wanted to keep the kids away from the TV and give them something to play outside.

And with looking at all of the options on-line, this appeared to be the best by far. Including the transport price, all the way up into the NT.

We are absolutely loving our Growplay play equipment. We got the adventurer with the extended monkey bars and a netball ring, which works perfectly in our narrow yard.
The kids spend so much time outside now playing on it, and their increase in strength is amazing.
The quality is so much better than we thought it would be and my husband and I are so glad we researched and spent the the amount we did to buy from a good Aussie brand. Definitely worth every cent!!

Absolute quality product. Exactly what I ordered with really fast shipping. I had a few issues with some stripped bolts (my fault) one email and a week later the replacements were at my door. Highly recommend.

We're extremely happy with the quality of the product and also extremely happy with the customer service provided from start to finish.

The team were very responsive and always there to help.

We have recently installed the Explorer with some and are so impressed by the quality of the products.

We were able to set it up just on time for school holidays and it has provided our children and their friends with hours upon hours of fun already.

I researched long and hard for the best monkey bar brand/ design option for our family and are so pleased with our choice.

It was a joint effort that did take a while to erect but the online videos helped answer any questions that we had during the process. Hubby said he would have liked a paper set of instructions provided as well but there are pdfs available to download via online ( our printer was just out of action).

Next step is to put some sand or soft fall bark underneath it as where it is placed our soil is clay based and so very hard. You can build it straight onto grass though.

Absolutely love our bars and the joy they bring.

Great set and the kids love it! I took one star off because it definitely took longer than the 4 hours indicated- some things were labeled wrong which made it take longer until we figured out the mistake. The flying fox doesn’t come with a seat or anything to stand on which the littler kids really struggle with but all in all the kids spend hours playing on it and fits perfectly in the space.

Our set despite being over 2 years old still looks new. We have found it to be great quality and fun for the kids.

What a fabulous backyard addition! We are thrilled with our Explorer frame plus lots of fun accessories. While putting it together took time and patience, I was able to assemble most pieces by myself by watching the very helpful videos, and it was really only erecting the structure that took 2-3 people. The monkey bars are super sturdy and our kids absolutely love them (and even I enjoy having a go!) I also so impressed with the customer service, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure we had a good experience. It's certainly an investment, but one I know we will use for years to come!

My Explorer Monkey Bars arrived in time for my grandson's birthday party (as promised all the way to Victoria). Construction took half a day for my son-in-law. The best part though was Josh's party for 25 kids aged 8 - 10 who were kept amused plus the usual party games and food. The soccer net proved to be a hit as he had invited most of his very competitive footy and soccer team mates!! Thank you for a great party.

After many weeks of searching the web for the sturdiest, most durable and funnest play set we chose ‘the adventurer’ from Growplay. Initially I was reserved due to the pricing as it was more than I initially had budgeted for. The products came in a reasonably quick time frame, we live in rural SA.

My husband and I enjoyed numerous beers over two days constructing the set. We are extremely happy with how heavy duty everything is. The kids couldn’t wait to get on and start playing. Our 4.5 year old is loving the swing and has now mastered the monkey bars. The play set really pushes her out of her comfort zone, but we both feel safe with the sizing and height as we’ve adjusted it to fit her. Our nearly two year old also enjoys the swing and general climbing on it. They go out and play before childcare, then hit the play set for a couple hours of solid play after childcare. We also purchased the netball ring. My eldest has loved shooting some goals, although a little confused as she does a soccer celebration after each netball goal!!

I would highly recommend this brand, I’m excited to continue to add to it when the children grow.

Excellent product. Not happy with delivery. PEP Transport could not give an approximate delivery time. Only advised that delivery would be by close of business that day. I had to wait at home most of the day to receive. Not good enough in my mind compared with my experience with other transport companies.

The product was delivered on time and the quality is good! Kids love to play on it and spend hours there. We just upgraded it by getting the cargo net and the high monkey bars.

The customer service is great too! We got one of the bars bended and they were super apologetic and sent a new one immediately.

Grow play made a big purchase for our family so simple. The order was processed and delivered within a week. The kids are in love with there own playground and it gives me 5 mins of peace knowing they are safe in the yard happily playing. The whole kit was so simple to build and is so sturdy even with 3 children playing on it together.

Friendly staff that helped with my queries. Easy to put together in a short time. Kids are already having hours of fun on it.
