Growhouse 

Missing item in my order. As a first time customer I was promised a free 3.5g. Emailed them about missing product, reply was…“Next time you order we will put the product in.” Sorry but there won’t be a next time!!! Sub Par compared to other sites. I ordered products from another similar dispensary and received a bunch of freebies so I was expecting a 3.5g at least. So I shop at the other one now. I do not recommend the grow house.

This is my go to MOM site hands down best prices with the 2 and 3 ounce deals. I Would definitely recommend the grow house, they have great products at amazing prices. I have never had a issue with these guys, Orders come in usually 3-4 days to Saskatchewan.

i believe my fourth order from grow house online was screwed up.you took my money and didn’t send my product.had to call back to straighten it out. i asked them to send priority courier,they sent expresspost.told them to keep the 20$they were offering to send priority mail,which they did not.how complicated can it be guys,it ain’t rocket science you know.not likely to order again.

I ordered on Monday July 26 9:44pm Newfoundland time. I expected my order to be fulfilled the following day and it wasn't, I spoke to Erika about the situation and got nowhere. I asked her if it was sent and she gave me the shipping schedule. Not answering my question. I paid so I could get the express post. It wasn't sent until Thursday Newfoundland time. Leaving me without any weed for the weekend. That is unacceptable, you hound me with emails to buy your products, take my money only to send it out eventually. I had to buy local weed at a cost of 110 an Oz for the weekend. Furthermore, it won't arrive until Aug 4th. Not happy, the customer service sucked! Erika wasn't helpful, rather the opposite, patronizing and avoiding the situation. I don't like ordering from you guys for this reason. I let my friends know how you operate as well. Wouldn't want them to place an order and end up in my situation. Order number 791032.

Very bad customer service. I bought 2 box of pre roll. Only received 1. Been a week almost i'm trying to get my box or money back!! No answer... Going to order somewhere else...

I have been purchasing from them for 3 years.
Most of the flower I purchased was a waste of money.
Their Holy Grail Kush isn't too bad but why are they giving it a 3 out of 4 star rating?

Their budget buds are another waste of money.
Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
I get wayyy better quality from the legal gov't dispensaries. I can trust their ratings and haven't been disappointed yet.

Iv been ordering from this business for a long time. Never had a problem. They have great products, a wide selection. Love their deals they always put on. Great pricing, ships fast. Shocked to see all the negative reviews. This company is great!

Moldy weed, musty smell when I opened the baggy and full blown mold stench when I burned it. I've contacted their customer support and I have yet to hear back. Reading the reviews here I'm not to optimistic in receiving any kind of replacement product.

when they short you in weight, they should send the missing product out immediately. no questions asked, mo further order needed

the grow house is a scam, they took my money and waited 4 days before a tracking number came out saying it was just processed... I paid for Xpress-shipping btw. it then took another 7 days to get to me. the weed was moldy and it was a reorder I didn't get all the same weed and like I said it was moldy. customer service told me it's up to me if I use their site DONT BUY FROM THE GROW HOUSE. they literally take your money for nothing in return but mold and you have to wait almost 2 weeks to find out you got ripped off. this site used to be my go-to for the best product now... pieces O. S.

The weed from the grow house is moldy if you go on the site they have had the same molded stock for about 4 years now, same batches as 2018 some of it. Just order from somewhere else even customer service told me "its too bad" that they sold me mold instead of medicine. They charge 50 bucks shipping for some reason where most places is less than half that if not free. They have cheap weed and some of it isnt moldy but be careful buying from the grow house.

well not sure what all this complaining is about i have had nothing but good deals and maybe the odd item was a bit dry ,,whippe it still blasted easy to re humidify.. if you cant wait a few days for your order try going out into traffic and start searching for weed... most you cry babies have no clue what it was like to get weed before you were born.. this is a god send..thanks GROWHOUSE

I can only comment on shatter consider myself a shatter connoisseur. These guys are industry leaders. The real deal, forget the wax parchment paper, comes in hard plastic cases, no more crusher dust. Clean, translucent, brittle, Whole grams in one piece for $20. island pink and blueberry are two that scored higher than most $35 grams at other sites.

Sorry to say but this place is a real rip off selling herbs that are as dry as the desert dust .Nothing but Complete floor sweeping stay far away as possible from this outfit .They do not I repeat don't even respond to a customer's complaint. Nothing but very low grade herbs being sold as upper class though far from being upper class .A business that should close its doors 🚪.

i have 20 plus orders for from growhouse this is my second bad order. Ordered sticky fingers twice in october was some of the best weed i have had in awhile very distinct looking buds and smells amazing like earthy and musky but the order i recieved yesterday was not the same weed i had previously ordered it is different looking buds different strain different smell and is clearly outdoor i can tell by the smell burnt and unburnt a refund will be required this is dry as hay,they fixed an issue i had before so i am confident this will be corrected in a timely manner

Placed an order a couple nights ago online, paid the e transfer immediately, then went to bed. I woke up to a few emails from them saying I left items in my cart, order received etc, but the items in the cart ones intrigued me so I opened it up to see a price for the same exact order I made the night before, only it was $132 LESS than what I paid! Evident;y taking their BS $5 saving coupon code negated the sale price. SO I tried talking to customer service online via chat, well over the span of 1 hr and 56 mins, nothing is resolved "Blake" often took 10-15 mins to reply, only to be told he doesnt have the authorization to refund me, I then asked who did and I'd like to speak to them...chat was disconnected....So it looks like I'm going to drive down to their brick and mortar store today to raise f*&^(%$ hell...DO NOT buy from this place!!!

Price and product are good. The problem with Grow house is sometimes they don't ship the product for 48 hours after payment has been received. I have purchased from many dispensaries and have never encountered this before. This was the second chance I had given Grow house with the same delay. No more. Time to buy from a company that cares about the customers needs. Such a shame as I would give them 5 stars if they cared. If you don't mind not getting your product in a timely manner Grow house will work for you.
