I spoke to a few companies that seemed to be mentioned the most often and chose to work with Career Enterprise wearecareer as they seemed to understand the reality of these services.
They didn’t pressure me, they didn’t guarantee crazy outcomes, they were grounded and it felt personalized.
I am still doing the program and they’ve managed to get me 5 interviews so far. I also got 2 following my coach's advice.

I used WeAreCareer's Exec+ program after a friend recommend it. The resume and Linkedln improvements were noticeable and the coaching sessions helped me present my experience more confidently.
I didn't get a huge number of interviews but the ones I did get were relevant and eventually led to an offer.

For me the biggest value from the Application Support program was consistency. When I was searching on my own I kept delaying applications. Having someone help manage that side of things kept the process moving.

The bootcamp program is absolutely amazing. The sessions helped me rethink how I talk about my experience and achievements during interviews. The feedback was direct but constructive. I'm still in the process of interviewing, but I've already seen better responses compared to before.

One thing I appreciated about the Exec+ program was that they were very clear about expectations. They didn't promise unrealistic timelines and focused on improving my positioning and helping me stay consistent. After a 4 months I landed a role that was actually better aligned with my goals.

Also enjoying the job apps process they built, where they find roles, I approve, and then they apply, ensuring I am aligned and only approve roles I believe I am suitable for.

I joined Exec+ when I was aiming for more senior roles and honestly felt a bit stuck doing it all on my own. The 1:1 sessions helped me rethink how I talk about my experience and leadership. We also updated my resume and Linkedln so they better reflected that. Having some help with applications made the whole process less overwhelming.
Overall, it’s been genuinely helpful for me.

One of my friend recommendations the Bootcamp of these guys, so I decided to give it a try.
My resume was completely optimized and honestly looks much stronger than what I had before. I have also started getting interviews in my pipeline, which feels encouraging. Still early, but I'm happy with the progress and looking forward to seeing how things continue.

Good team. Nice process. Clear and honest about expectations ahead of joining. Results turned good, didn't get too many interviews, only 4 as I understand software engineering is a tough niche, but I got a job offer from it, so I am really happy about this!

Definitely recommend these guys. They know what they are doing! They turned my old resume into 3 sub specific resumes and we have secured 5 interviews from their applications and 2 from mine. Still halfway to go but so far so good. 5/5 service for sure.

Got laid off last month at a role I was at for more than 4 years and felt lost. I started applying but to help me get a potential offer faster, I hired wearecareer to help me.
I do appreciate them qualifying me and giving me a personal plan before I joined, made me trust them even more.
I applied with their coaching and got myself about 4 interviews and they got about 4 as well - still in the program but my calendar is looking healthy with some interviews booked over the next few weeks and 2 final rounds.
