Ordered one of their newborn bundle yesterday and it was delivered the next day, today, which was such as a surprise. We were also hesitant about the deal coz there were a lot of stuff in the bundle for such a low price. But every bit arrived in great condition. Happy customer!

I emailed the sales team out of hours and got a reply very quickly still! Great communication and super helpful. Spoke with Natasha.
The price matched a travel pram I found online immediately which saved me a lot of money. They then delivered it almost next day free postage with tracking .
Item arrived and was lovely

I’ve been let down by other companies previously but I did check the reviews on this company before and all the great reviews are definitely true and I will be using to buy all my baby bits moving forward thank you

Went in to just have a look and ended up buying the complete travel system. Natasha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and would highly recommend this shop.

Unbelievably amazing customer service.

I have been searching for a Buggy/Pram shop for ages. We was recommended this shop by a friend.

My wife and I had an idea of what were looking for, well that was until we spoke with "Sarah" our whole perspective of what we wanted, to what we ideally need for now and the future. She listened to what we wanted, asked a few questions never dismissed our idea of getting the buggy we wanted. But then realised the pro that Sarah is knew if we went for the buggy we wanted we would then have to buy an additional buggy if we wanted baby no.2. We ended up with the purchase of an iCandy Peach 7.

Sarah Showed us how to open and close it, took it to my car to absolutely make sure it fits. At first it didn't, but the reason she recommended this one is become the wheels easily pop off and on. Which blew us away. It fit inside my small little Corsa with ease.

I've never been so happy leaving a store and feeling absolutely knowledgeable of what I've just purchased. Knowing they offer to build the pram before you pick it up, knowing they will set up the car seat as well. I left the shop without questions that wasn't answered. This experience is something I will remember and continue to promote to other friends and families when looking to purchase items. I'm looking forward to picking it up closer to the time my child is due to arrive. Again they hold it at the store rather than having it at home. Honestly I could write a whole essay on how amazingly helpful Sarah.

I approached Groovystyle Baby around 7 months ago on the recommendation of UPPAbaby support team to get some spare parts for a frame I'd been given.

I had a tonne of questions and the team could not have been any more helpful.

Not only that but my daughter came very early; the team shipped my order out the same day at no extra cost to make sure I had everything I needed for bringing her home from the hospital.

The team also offered to give me a spare part off one of their display models (as they were out of stock) to make sure I had the complete set up. But when it arrived they'd managed to source a brand new one anyway.

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write a review, but life with 2 under 2 took over! Outstanding company, I'd recommend them to anyone for both quality of products, customer service, reliability and trust! I am a repeat customer and recommend to anyone who will listen.

WOW could not reccomend Groovystyle Baby enough!

From the moment we pulled up we were greeted with a staff member (George) who immediately made my family, partner and myself feel extremely comfortable.
His knowledge and passion shone through and we were in awe of how much time and effort George put into our time in the warehouse.
He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with our questions.
George felt very authentic and I didn't feel pressured into any decision, at times he could have up sold but he listened to our wants and needs guiding us to the most suitable product (that wasn't the most expensive).
My partner and myself are really looking forward to collecting our bundle along with the hope of purchasing more products from them as we enjoyed our time so much!

Thank you so much for creating such a safe environment where I didn't once feel silly or incompetent.

Looking for a travel system, no matter how many buggies you see, how much research you do, how many friends and family you speak to, the decision is never made any easier.

My wife and I were recommended Groovystyle by friends and family who had bought from here before, and upon my initial call with George, no question was ever too much trouble, and the information provided was excellent.

My wife and I decided to visit this afternoon and upon doing so, spoke with Sarah who was just absolutely anazing! Extremely informative, provided demonstrations, no task or question was too much! Sarah showed so much patience with us and gave such a honest assessment of our needs instead of what we thought we needed before arriving, and our head was so much more clearer when we left.

We had excellent service from Sam at the showroom. Its definitely worth a visit if you want to see the product in person. She made us feel welcome and was great at walking us through the car seats they have to offer. They even fitted our chosen seat in our car and made sure we knew how it all worked and its safety features.

Had Oder rumble seat when they state on their website still in stock.pay on 27 mar. Received a refund on 3 apr said it out of of stock!!! Sell something not even IN STOCK!!

Hands down The Best shop ever!
They go above and beyond every single time I go in there. I honestly would shop anywhere else now, the amount of times I’ve been to say John Lewis and the staff have made me feel like they just want to sell me something to pass the time, where as in groovystyle it feels more personal and they always have your best interests at heart, I went in thinking I wanted a certain pram, and once I discussed my needs I was showed something else that would work better for me and they were right! If ever I have a question or a problem they resolve it straight away no fuss, they’re also so friendly I kinda just wanna hang out there !

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would!!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my baby products! I found the showroom so useful with such a wide range of products, and the girls give you the freedom to try products out. Sam G served us and was just fantastic, so helpful, friendly and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend!

I've been to Groovystyle for both a buggy and an extended rear facing car seat. I have had a great experience both times and wouldn't go anywhere else for them now. George and Ashleigh who helped with the car seat were fantastic and went above and beyond.

I cannot recommend Groovystyle highly enough. We arrived pretty clueless about what we needed and the staff were so helpful in explaining the different options and terminology. They had a great range of brands and helped us work within our budget to find a travel system that suited us. We ordered a product that had not yet been released, so when there was a slight delay from the supplier, Groovystyle were so helpful and loaned us one of their products to bridge the gap. All round amazing customer service, thank you Groovystyle!
