WARNING

WARNING – SCAM WEBSITE ⚠️

This website is a complete scam. They are using other people’s work and content to pretend the business is real, but it’s fake. They copy jobs from legitimate websites and try to steal your money.

Do NOT trust them, do NOT send any payment, and be very careful. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way.

Please report this page if you see it so other people don’t get scammed too. These people are dishonest and only want your money

Tried ordering the same product twice…

Tried ordering the same product twice because website showed it in stock. After placing the order the first time I had 2 phone calls. One to say the order was on back-order for 19 days (but less now because I placed the order over a week ago) and to ask if I wanted to wait. I said 'yes' and thought that was the end of it. They called again a few days later (same rep) to ask the same thing but I wasn't able to take the call (was at work) but when I called back (within probably the hour), was told I took too long so they cancelled the order.My money was refunded.
I placed a second order after waiting about a week...website showed it in stock again and the original 19 days had passed. I got a call a few days later asking me to change the quantity I ordered, but then after checking, the rep (same one again) said I could keep my order and my order status would change in a day or 2 to processing. After no updates or status change on the website I called but had to leave a message. A few more days later the same rep called again, this time to say they had no ETA on when they would receive their order. This time I told them to cancel. I was tired of their games and flat-out lies and to quit advertising something as being in stock when they had nothing to offer.
2 stars ONLY because I was refunded quickly on both not-existent orders.

Wanted to make a purchase from this…

Wanted to make a purchase from this company but had a few questions. Called their East Coast phone number 3 times and got a strange message saying I was calling out of their normal business hours ? I am on the East Coast and this was around 2 pm each time. According to their website their hours of operation are 9am-5pm East Coast time. Never got a reply and strangely their address is in Nevada (PST). So I found another more responsive company and gave them my money !!

Customer Response Rate

Though you could meet up the delivery deadline..i felt the customer response mechanism before sale is contrast to after-sale scenario.

It's weak and negligent after sale. If you show the same kind of customer response rate, you will face backlash ahead.
You need to maintain that consistency for your business to grow. Otherwise u will just remain Gro not with growth.

That tendency hurts customer satisfaction and hits the brand reliability from customer point of view.

Quality and perks apart, this is where popular brands maintain a competitive edge and this is where new entities are failing to keep up customer trust with after-sale customer service. You ought to maintain that for a long-standing growth.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, once they get your money, won’t even take a call or respond. The cycle looks okay at first but then you begin to see bunch of issues. Save yourselves and kids, go for established brands.

I cannot fault Grocycle

I cannot fault Grocycle.

I got a lionsmane kit for christmas but when I opened it the mushroom had bust through the kit and gone brown. I was disappointed and sent images.

They replied within a few days and gave some suggestions and video links. When these didn't work they suggested we "give it another go" and sent a new kit free of charge. They kept in touch and resent kit video links and tips.

This kit grew brilliantly and I am now trying for a second crop.

The customer service was excellent.

I would recommend ensuring you start the kit growing as soon as you get it and if there are issues take pictures.

Can't wait to grow more!

A super company to deal with

A super company to deal with. They respond to e-mails promptly and deal with customers in a friendly, efficient manner. They go the extra mile in dealing with any problems and are very generous in the solutions found.
