Above and Beyond in Sales AND Service

I heard the Intervine products being discussed on NewsTalkSTL and checked out their website. I ordered a flashlight and headlamp and was "gifted" a bike light with the order! (Surprised but VERY pleased!) My husband accidentally broke the battery pack as he was assembling the bike light. I sent a note to Intervine asking how to purchase a replacement part and got an immediate reply from Mike. He VERY graciously sent out another complete bike light set which arrived within just a couple of days. My husband is thrilled with the bike light and I am very pleased with the two lights I got! Very good products, excellent customer service, and located in St Louis MO!! Couldn't ask for more!

Supernova Flashlight Guardian 1300TL

My experience with this company was so outstanding I just needed to put it out there for everyone else. Quality flashlight, unbelievable customer service. After owning it a few years, I had an issue. I emailed them.
Mike took care of me from start to finish. The problem was resolved quickly. Kudos to exceeded expectations.
