Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

What is going on with Morrison's at the moment?, i have my groceries delivered as I'm not very mobile so heavily rely on their delivery services but for a while now the frozen section has no products available and other sections are very limited on availability, i zm getting to the point where I'm going to give them one last chance but if i have one bad delivery then i will be going somewhere else.

Order never arrived and they refused to cancel it. I had to call 4 times because the first person said they were going to cancel but then hung up on me. The next person said they wouldn't and I would get my refund when the system cancels it in a few days. Customer service are non existent. They sound like they are in bed half asleep and monotone. Additionally they breach regulations for asking for personal details that they don't hold on the system and therefore their staff must be trying to steal your data.
I asked to make a complaint so i could get my money back and she said she raised one. I asked for reference number and then said they don't deal with reference numbers after speaking more She then said suddenly she changed her mind and said there was a reference number. But they still don't deal with reference numbers whixh makses no sense.
They refused to track where the driver was even though the forst person checked and said they were close to the store. So clearly they just lie.

Visited Lowestoft store three times in 10 days and attempted to purchased a meal deal on offer. Main, two sides and a sweet. No stock of sweets for days. When I asked if I could have an alternative as deal won’t go through on the till without a sweet they said No. What is the point of leaving the offer on the shelf without the required products !

Ask the call centre to put me in touch with the manager of the centre and was told that the person will be contacting within 72 hours which didn't happen.
They don't know how to run the centre and do not know about rules and regulation of distant selling as well as article 15.
Dont use Morrisons.....

for 12% less milk ! Its not Morrisons & MORE it is Morrisons & LESS !

Meat full of added water, veg wilted and off days before best before. Availability of items dreadful since takeover. Added AI cameras haven't led to them ordering in missing stock. Reeks of cuts to service buyout debt. Avoid at all costs.

Awful. I ordered fresh fish for a barbeque and none of it was delivered as they said none was available - that was the whole idea for ordering from them in the first place..!!!..!!! Had I known this I wouldn't have bothered and gone to Tesco or Occado instead. First time and last time I ever order from them again.

This is the first time after multiple previous orders with this supermarket that needs pointing out.
After eating only mature cheddar everyday for years, I have developed a lactose intolerance, so now have to eat a dairy free cheese. I placed an order via Amazon for 4 packs of Violife Vegan cheese only to be told by Morrisons I can only buy 2 packs.
This is the first supermarket in all my life of 77 years to restrict multiple purchases of cheese. Shame on you.

Online review. Shopping arrived quickly but everything was covered in oil, from a burst pack i assume. No one returns calls, just a standard msg being sent repeatedly saying they'll contact me 2/3 days ans they don't.
AVOID.
I have replied and sent photos of ruined goods and also explained it's happened before. I won't be ordering from there again anyway.

Morrisons daily new store (Bletchley)
I had a great welcome from Rajan who works in the store..
a good morning, a smile on his face and someone who enjoys meeting and greeting customers …
Definitely worth the 5 stars..
Probably won’t get a thank you from head office..
But as a customer I prefer to spend my lunch money in Morrisons daily (because the customer service is great), compared to Bletchley Tesco supermarket where the staff are miserable and rude..
Rajan, thank you… I go to work happy, not miserable… after good customer service

I paid for Priority delivery through Deliveroo and only ordered 7 items from Morrisons, so I expected a quick and efficient service. I placed my order at 5:29pm and it was confirmed by Morrisons at 6:07pm. However, the order then appeared to spend an excessive amount of time being prepared by the store.
A rider was eventually assigned at 7:23pm and arrived at Morrisons at 7:27pm, yet the app continued to show "Morrisons is packing your order" while the rider waited at the store. The estimated delivery time was repeatedly pushed back, eventually reaching 7:45pm–8:15pm.
Considering the order contained just 7 items and my address is only around 3 miles from the store, the delay was difficult to understand. The fact that a rider was waiting at the store while the order was still apparently being packed suggests there were significant delays within Morrisons' order-picking process. It may also explain why Deliveroo previously had to find another rider, as the original rider may have decided the wait was too long.
After waiting more than two hours, I eventually cancelled the order at 7:43pm. At that point, I had lost confidence in the estimated delivery times due to the repeated delays and ongoing issues preparing such a small order.
To Deliveroo's credit, customer support dealt with the issue promptly. I received a full refund and a £15 credit was added to my account in recognition of the poor experience. While I appreciate Deliveroo's response, my advice to Morrisons would be to review staffing levels and order-picking procedures for Deliveroo orders, particularly when Priority delivery is being offered. Customers paying extra for Priority reasonably expect a small 7-item order to be prepared promptly. In this case, the service fell well below expectations and ultimately led me to cancel the order.
Sadly, I will not be ordering groceries from Morrisons via Deliveroo again.
In reponse to your reply, I have responded to your email asking me to provide some extra information. I have done this by providing you with the (Deliveroo) order number and account name.

Went to Morrisons in Bargoed 3 weeks ago came out with practically nothing because every chiller cabinet was empty and closed of so no fresh meat, bacon, cheese, butter etc, all the large freezers were empty and even the milk cooler so I couldn't even buy milk this store is shocking, went there last week after work to do my weekly shopping got to the tills none of them were open I asked the woman on the self checkouts to open a till as I had a trolley full of shopping and she replied that it wasn't possible as she was the only one there on the self checkouts because the other person was on their break, I nearly walked out and left the trolley full there instead I had to scan everything which fitted into 4 large bags never again I will not be going back, I told them I don't get paid to do your jobs, theres hardly any staff there the shelves are half empty .

Placed an order with Morrisons via just eat. Received half an order. Contacted customer service, was cut off on first attempt. Then on the second they refused to help me and said could only be dealt with by just eat. Disgusting. Don’t order from Morrisons, don’t order from just eat. I’m going to the store directly now to see how they respond.
