Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

(Greenock Store) This store has gone dramatically down hill the past while. Intermittent broken freezers, water all over the aisles (Health and safety would have a field day), Very limited frozen foods etc. A real shame as the staff are very good, and must also be sick of complaints. Sorry Guys, but today was the last straw. Plenty of competitors locally who don't have these issues. I feel sorry for the staff.

Terrible shop with terrible customer service. One member of staff is constantly standing at the entrance smoking cigarettes, with the smoke blowing towards customers, which is very unpleasant.
I also witnessed the way they treated a customer with an assistance dog—it was absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable.
The service is rude, the shop is often dirty, and the products are frequently not fresh. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Tried using the Morrisons Now service. Ordered at 12pm by 4.15pm realised the order hadn’t been delivered. My account shows “preparing your order”.
Pointless offering a speedy service that doesn’t get you your groceries.
Won’t use again

Morrisons used to be our favourite supermarket but now I wouldn’t give them a penny. This used to be a top brand especially on fresh produce but it’s all gone wonky.
The last visit too Morrisons Hoddesdon. Fridges melting, mouldy tomatoes and out of date products. Not by a couple of days but several days. It now gives the impression that the whole place needs a total refurbishment as do some of the staff. Lastly it is also now very expensive which adds to the above. It would be better off shut. Whoever manages this store should also be made accountable. Absolutely Terrible.

And more card fraudulent. Went round shop today and none of the offers came off at the till. Went to customer services and my card had scanned correctly and points recorded but offers had not come off. When I said to the customer rep that many people may be getting ripped off she said they should check their receipt! Not am very sorry we will sort this systems failure out immediately as she should have said. The customer should not have to chase after them. Astoundingly poor service and fraudulent behaviour

I am a vulnerable mental health customer, with physical disabilities as well.
I ordered food On Friday 26th June for delivery on Saturday 27th June between 20.30-21.30, i recieved an email stating it would now be 22.12-22.32 for delivery, and it was out for delivery.
IT NEVER TURNED UP.
I called customer serivices on Sunday 28th, asking for a refund, as I needed to go shopping, this was at 9am. They called the store, who said they could not cancel it until the driver had returned. I waited all day, no refund. Considering I am one who is on welfare for my disabilities, I had no other income to go shopping.
I eventualy recieved my refund at 19.30 last night, when all the supermarkets were closed.
I have been without food since Friday night, its now Monday morning at 11am. No phoen calls from customer serives, or executive team to check on my welfare.
Morrisons are an absolute shit show, they are a total disgrace. The Fish Rots From The Head Down.
I HAVE NOW ISSUED COURT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MORRISONS.
I was offered a £5 pound voucher for my experince, even though I had not eaten for 3 days.... There fault. I was offered £50 3 days later, but at that point I had already commenced court proceedings, and teh amount offered was not enough for teh harm caused. They seemed totaly not interested, and was constantly told they would review it, however there platform will not change in regards to refunds and cancelations, so they have openly admitted they will not change. Can you imagine, if that would of been a young lady, with young children, with no friends or family for support!!!
Don't try and palm me off, you need holding accountable for your failures. I going to court, not becuase of money, becuase of teh sheer principle of the matter, as they dont get what harm they cause.
I hope the national press is informed, they need to be shown up for who they really are.
My local CMHT, at CWP, Cheshire Wirral Partnership, have kindly contacted the local food bank for me, so at least I now have shopping in.

The website is a fraud.
They advertise offers for new customers, and then once you create an account, prepare all your cart meeting all the terms and order minimums, the offer doesn't work and they force you to pay the full amount.
Customer support does nothing about it, and it's overall a waste of time and a scam.

This is the last time I shop at Morrisons. I was in Woking doing part weekly shop. At the entrance there we bottles of wine for half price. I got to the cash desk no 7 the cashier told me it was £12 a bottle I insisted it was NOT ... and added if that is so you can keep the bottles. I then was about to go when I saw a security guard who advised I go to customer service to which I reply "I've better things to do than alert customer service on a Sunday." How is it possible that a big shop like Morrisons does not label their goods correctly. Asda and lidl have bottles cheaper than £5. I'll take my custom elsewhere. addendum I just checked my bill and they overcharged me for the chocolates. It was £5 but they charged £7. Is it possible Morrisons are taking their customers for a ride. Shame on you.

Kirkby knowsley,
Absolutely poor, nothing on the shelves, no aircon like a sweat box, poor staff were dripping in sweat, you need to seriously look after your staff

Half a bottle of milk spilt all over my delivered grocery order, thanks to the driver, and he still put all of the sodden bags in my hallway, covering the floor in milk.
The bottle squashed items and the milk ruined them further. It was awful.
When I asked for refunds on the many damaged items, it wasn't til the next day that the customer services agent, Gulisha, asked for proof. Long after the items has been thrown away and taken by the rubbish collectors.
So to add insult to injury, I had to pay for many items I couldn't eat.
Really poor service all round.
ADDED INFO: After 5 days I did finally get a refund of damaged products, but it took far too long and my request to be given a way to complain to a manager was completely ignored. I have asked them to delete my account and will never use Morrisons again. A terrible customer experience.

Morrisons Now, what a joke.
Placed online order which they duly packed and sent out with an Uber driver, that's when everything went wrong.
Had an email saying order had been delivered, with photo evidence of somebody else's house.
Unable to discover where order had been left i then spent 90 minutes trying to contact Redditch store to no avail. I finally managed to get through to customer helpline who were absolutely no help whatsoever.
I was told that because they had photographic evidence of delivery (to someone else's house) that they would not issue a refund and that it was down to me to raise a chargeback with my bank.
Since when is it down to me to correct their error.
Absolutely disgusted and will never use service again.

I am currently speaking about the branch in Wellingborough.First glance after a long absence disorganised, dirty, shelves and freezers empty not all, shelves were not neat and this place had an air of general neglect.
What an unpleasant surprise to have to shop here, what on earth happened?

Morrisons Now. Great idea. Nightmare Service.
First time we have used this service. Should deliver within 60 minutes of order being completed. Order not even picked at that time.
Guests arrived unexpectedly 13.00. (2 of whom are diabetic) Order completed 13.30hrs. Rang customer service 14.45hrs. They said if not collected 90 mins after order ie: 15.00hrs. Order would be cancelled and we would be informed and receive a refund at midnight. 15.00hrs I started to prepare replacement food. Email 15.14hrs order picked. Honeydew melon £2.20 substituted with watermelon £3.75. SMS 15.13 hrs order picked. SMS 15.39 hrs driver set off to deliver. Driver delivered 15.42hrs. Just as replacement food was being served. Driver delivered and left quickly. Upon opening the order, I discovered that the frozen food was in 2 paper bags and melted. These bags were not foil lined and did not contain any ice packs. The Honeydew melon replacement by watermelon was actually a small galia melon. The apples and pears were bruised. This was not apparent until the patterned packaging was removed.
I contacted customer service and was greeted by a pleasant lady named Iris. She informed me that I needed to photograph the spoiled food and claim refunds for each online. The refund claims would be reviewed in 2 to 4 days. Any refund would be processed in a further 5 to 10 working days. This is much slower than Morrisons managed to take my money in the first place!
Not only did our guests not receive the food they were promised, but the ice cream and lollies treats for the hot weather were also ruined.
What a disaster!
P.S. Just opened Morrisons The Best Clementines. Use by 30.06.26, they are mouldy!

Ordered 4 days ago. No indications of stock issues. Gets to delivery day when it's too late to make changes and half my order isn't in stock. So that's my breakfast lunch and dinner gone for the week. It will cost a lot more to shop locally for the same items (assuming they have them). Contacted customer support (3 times, they cut me off twice) and was told they couldn't do anything. Clearly they could, they just won't. Offered a ten pound voucher; how am I going to use that? Was promised they would take it further and contact me back, that hasn't happened either. Hopeless.
Won't bother in the future. Completely unreliable. Their customer service line is the usual nonsense of preprogrammed sales pitches and delays. Just go somewhere else and hope they aren't this bad.
EDIT: I see Morrisons has provided their boilerplate response, asking for information. I answered their request and have heard nothing. I've also made 2 calls to their customer service dept (not including the times their service cut me off because it doesn't work properly) and was promised callbacks that didn't happen while also being kept on hold for way too long. Next time you want to pretend you take complaints seriously, save yourself the effort because you don't

3 minutes before delivery slot I get an email to tell me "We are really sorry to advise that we are unable to deliver your home delivery order today as planned due to van of road. We’re working hard to make sure we can be with you tomorrow and one of our team will contact you soon. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated."
Still taking orders for tomorrow so slots are filling up. Customer Services also can't select a new specific slot and I'm told to wait until tomorrow morning when the manager calls to arrange a new time. So anyone ordering today will get the time they want and whatever is left I get to choose from? Plus, I want the order early (like I ordered for today) so I'm not stuck in waiting all bloody day. Not going to happen if I need to wait for a call. Plus, why take the extra 5% from my card when I specify no substitutes? Thankfully I'm not broke and have other funds since you've taken the money from my account already. Someone with limited funds expecting their dinner today will have nothing until you decide to deliver!
Customer Service rep was of no use and just spouted scripted answers with no understanding or empathy.

I made a recent order of Morrison through Amazon. I must have made a mistake ordering six vegan cornettos, packets, and I’m going to gave to throw some out. Did not like them and will not do another online shop ido can help it, even though am disabled. How these can be vegan thé mind boggles. I’m trying to go dairy free too, and it says may contain milk! Another lie.

ITS CRIMINAL...Morrisons delivery driver committed an offence, smashing into parked car then fled the scene of the accident without reporting it despite being seen. Morrisons identified their driver when we contacted them but despite endlessly chasing it up no attempt has been made to arrange repair to the car. What sort of company allows such behaviour without trying to fix the mess their employee has made??
