They are not Customer Service friendly. oreered an item an emailed 6 times about inquiring the IT to USA size conversion.
Their policy for returning and item in ridiculous, 30 Euro will be deducted and 20 Euro to ship to you according to their Customer Service Rep Michaelangelo.
I would not be a customer of this store in the future.

Ordered a Amiri Hoodie. I live in Florida and they sent me tracking number the day after purchase and received package in less than a week! The hoodie is 100% real and I saved $300 buying it through grifo210! I was scared ordering from the United States but the service was better and faster than most stores here in the US

Perfect! In love with my purchase! Ordered last week and got delivered in 3-4 days time (Italy to Belgium with DHL express).
The t-shirt was really securely packed and I just verified authenticity on the clothing’s site and it’s 100% real!
I don’t know why this store hasn’t got more great reviews since it’s 100% legitimate and at such good prices! Thanks a lot!
