Update in response to your reply - we have emailed you on this topic several times. No one has responded.
Grifo210 had an affiliate partnership program which had outstanding invoices owed. These have been ignored.

I do not recommend the Grifo Moda!!
I do not recommend the Grifo Moda boutique. In mid-May, I purchased a Givenchy Antigona bag from them through Miinto. The bag started to deteriorate in less than a month – the metal parts of the zipper began changing color from gold to silver. The submitted complaint was rejected by the boutique because they believe that "for brass and coated metal use and signs of wear are normal to appear anytime." Really, a bag that costs 1300 euros has the right to wear out after just a few uses? Unprofessional approach to the customer.
I cannot use the manufacturer's warranty because after contacting Givenchy, I was informed that a purchase from Grifo via Miinto does not allow for the use of the warranty; only a complaint at the boutique is possible. I was informed by Givenchy that reselling of products through marketplaces is strictly forbidden according to the contract signed by Givenchy partners.
