No delivery no refund disgraceful
Placed an order in early late November /December for my dad as a Christmas gift still no sign of the package in January and no where to find a refund or cancellation area on the website very disappointed. Will not be recommending and advise not purchasing from this website

I am sorry that you feel this way. Customers can always contact us directly via email from their order confirmation or by using the contact us page on the website so we are sorry that you feel the need to leave a poor review to get this resolved.
Looking into your order I can see that it was picked, packed and shipped in good time and that you selected our untracked shipping option to Ireland. Looking into this shipment from our side I can see that Royal Mail have returned the item to sender. While it does not state a reason at present, this is likely because the address was incorrect/undeliverable or there is an unpaid customs charge (usually a nominal fee for an order this value). These details will only be clear when the items arrive back with us.
We have sent an email to you so we can help get this resolved for you with a couple of options.

Customer service was outstanding when I had a small issue with an order, the situation was dealt with brilliantly and swift. They were very apologetic and gave me a number of option that best suited my needs, very professional and polite throughout. I would also recommend all their products, I’ve been a big fan for sometime now and have been really pleased with the quality, weather that’s the castle tees, ball markers, baseball cap and now my latest winter purchase the bobble hat. Great products that are also having a positive impact on our planet.

I recently ordered some personalised golf tees from Green Swing and was quite impressed. The tees are biodegradable with cool designs, and their customer service is excellent. My order arrived quickly, from Friday to Monday. Although I had a hiccup with an order taking almost two weeks to arrive, their team was prompt in resolving it, ensuring I eventually received my items. Overall, while their products are a tad pricey, that's just part of the golfing experience. I would definitely recommend Green Swing for their unique offerings and would use them again.

Delivered to the wrong property, delay in refund and communication wouldn't recommend this so called ethical company, you are already a niche people will stay away even more!
The response from the company just shows the level that it will go to camouflage the truth I would highly recommend to people to this company not worth the hassle.

While we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review we really don’t think you are being fair. Your order was picked and despatched on the same day of order and subsequently delivered 2-3 days later, albeit to the wrong address which is out of our control.
The item was addressed correctly and this fault lies with Royal Mail. Nonetheless, we still offered to replace the items for you and as you declined we issued you a full refund.
We found your responses to our team to be quite rude despite us just trying to help locate your order from the tracking details. While we appreciate these things can be frustrating, we do feel that we did our best to resolve your issue in a timely manner and we are sorry that you feel that way.
