Flow Kayaks are owned and staffed by expert paddlers and we pride ourselves on our market leading advice and service! Flow Kayaks were established in 2018 as the sole UK distributor for EXO Kayaks. Since then we have supplied kayak shops around the UK and Ireland with EXO and ZET Kayaks. In 2021 we opened our first retail shop in Nottingham and began to sell kayaks, canoes, clothing and equipment to directly to customers, as well as to our valued shops. Flow Kayaks have worked with Paddle UK for supporting competition events, supplied the armed forces canoe and kayak teams as well as supplying multiple canoe and kayak clubs and outdoor centres around the UK.

We ship all of our clothing and kit orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services. We also process, pack and dispatch your orders the same day so they arrive to you promptly. You can track your order via our easy email tracking system! Paddles and large boxed items are shipping securely with Parcel Force. Our kayaks are delivered directly by ourselves or occasionally private, trusted courier to minimise handling and potential damages.

Fantastic experience

From first contact to hand delivery of a new boat Jake and Tamsyn were fantastic. No pressure, prompt contact and knowledgeable about what they do. Would thoroughly recommend.

Extremely helpful

Extremely helpful Jake’s no
1 goal is to get you the right kit and the right size. I’ve unintentionally messed him about with sizing of PFD’s and he’s been superbly understanding.

Great communication and good service

Great communication as they didn’t have the full order so instead tried to see what they could do to make it work, they personally delivered the kayaks and just a lovely service all round, we are yet to use the kayaks but they look amazing.

Took more than a month for kayak to…

Took more than a month for kayak to arrived no update from firm had to get in contact to find out when I could expect delivery kayak was in good condition when delivered I think they need to keep customers updated in the progress of their items
