Green Machine really care about their staff and you feel supported on an ongoing basis. I have had advice from management before on a range of issues and the office are always quick to pick up the phone and answer any queries. It is a great family run company and I am happy to be a part of it.

Green Machine is an excellent company to work for. It is a family run business that really cares about it's clients and staff. I have worked for other companies in the same industry and none are anything like as good to work for.

Brilliant and supportive service and excellent attention to detail

After a year of working here I was.glad to leave as the higher management do not give any positive feedback towards you as an area manager. Doing my job and having an excellent clients and my staff kept me going as they all appreciated my hard work.
Not happy with this company and glad I left.

Poor company, don't pay their staff. Managers are not interested in their staff or the clients they service, cleaning products are awful, there are much better cleaning companies out there, but green machine is the worst of them

I am currently working for this company in a reception and administrative role at head office, and my experience has been very positive. The pay is good and fairly reflects the responsibilities of the role.

The support from management and colleagues across the business has been excellent. There is a strong team culture where people are approachable, supportive, and willing to help one another, creating a welcoming and professional working environment.

Overall, this is the most colleague focused business I have worked for. Initiatives such as Employee of the Month bonus and appreciation letters are just small examples of how employees are recognised and acknowledged for their contributions.

I've been with green machine a while now they seem very friendly and helpful and always answers the phone if you need anything.i find them alot better than alot of other cleaning companies all good

I have been working for Green Machine now for nearly a year, staff are friendly and supportive and I have been made to feel very welcome.
A few issues as with all companies, however GM rectify any concerns or issues very quickly and I very much enjoy working with all departments, clients and our own staff.

I have been working for the company since October. The Management are so helpful and friendly and always very complimentary and supportive in the role I do. The Management have always got time for you and make an effort to speak to you which goes such a long way.

I’ve been working at the company since April 2025, and it’s been a very positive experience. The team is supportive, the atmosphere is friendly, and management is always approachable. I’ve been given opportunities to learn and grow in my role, which I really appreciate.
There are times when things get very busy, and some additional training or clearer communication would help, but overall it’s a great place to work with good people and a positive culture.
