Lovely Christmas tree and wonderful service. We got to enjoy a real Christmas tree, which barely dropped a needle all season, which can now be replanted and live for years to come. Delivery and pick-up were seamless. Will definitely be getting another next year!

The first time we have used a tree delivery service and couldn't fault Green Elf Trees. Arrived on time and the tree is one of the best we have had, perfect shape, something I was worried about as I am quite picky. It lasted the duration of Christmas too, we would definitely order again.

Have used this company in previous years with excellent service. Judging by other reviews it looks like it has gone down the pan. My tree did not arrive on the date booked. I have no idea if or when I might see said tree as customer service is non existent and impossible to get a response from.

Tree didn’t arrive, despite booking the date and paying weeks in advance. Couldn’t get through to customer services and got a response to my email a week later asking if my tree had arrived - it clearly hadn’t. Decorating the Christmas tree is a special event for so many people. Not having one arriving the day you expect it and having to rush choose one elsewhere just spoils the magic and adds stress, and this wasn’t acknowledged at all by the company in their response. I have been issued a refund so hopefully this doesn’t take as long to get into my account. I wanted to buy through a small business with great ethics and reviews, but small businesses do have to deliver a solid service to justify higher prices. I would say it’s a one off year, but when I shared what happened with my mum, she said the same happened to her last year and her Green Elf Tree also never arrived.

The best Christmas tree I’ve had (ordered it last week as well as last year)! It was really easy to order online and select the size/type etc as well as the desired delivery day (the pictures online were really accurate and showed a clear view of the quality of the tree that matched the actual tree received).

The delivery went very smoothly with updates sent and very flexible if changes were required, including having the tree delivered straight in my living room where I wanted to place it.

The tree itself was gorgeous, exactly what I needed!

Moreover, the pick up service last year was amazing as they came and collected it in January when not needed anymore which saved me a lot of time and hassle to find a place to dispose it! So I’m definitely making use of that this year as well!

I’d highly recommend this company as the services they provide are of high quality and you can clearly see they put customer care at their core!

I ordered the petite Nordmann tree, and I'm delighted with it! The service was excellent, promptly addressing all my size-related queries. The staff's friendliness and enthusiasm added to the festive spirit!

I was very excited about getting a potted tree. Staying home an entire day waiting for delivery was not looking possible however, so I emailed asking whether they could accommodate me. Their response came three days later and made no sense. So I wrote again, and this time got no response. Nor did I when I wrote a third and fourth time. Now it has been over a week and I find they are sold out of live trees. Shame on me for being that patient with them, I guess. The upside is, I’ve found a different company with a much better, far clearer website offering smaller delivery windows.

Update: Matt Bouloux, one of the owners, made a great effort to reach out personally, and was very sincere in his apology. He explained that several factors completely out of the company’s control impacted service this season, and made assurances that by next year they would be back to the high standards they have always been known for (as can be seen in the vast majority of their other reviews). I believed him and wish Green Elf the best.

Unfortunately our tree was not delivered on the day it was ordered for, despite choosing the specific date weeks in advance. No delivery update from them during the day, no contact phone number. Eventually received an email to which I responded with a request for a full refund, which was granted.

Ordered a 4-5 foot tree and it just skims 4ft planted wonky in pot so won’t stand up straight not very attractive won’t order again

Tree never arrived on delivery day. Impossible to contact the company - live chat and emails go unanswered and the phone number on their website is not in service. Avoid at all costs. May have been a legitimate company at one point but now seems like a scam.

The tree wasn't delivered on the first day, it arrived the second and the Green Elf Trees team refunded my delivery charge.

The potted tree was also smaller than expected and they refunded the difference for a smaller tree. Appreciate the team following up expediently.

I ordered a 6ft-7ft potted tree and the one delivered was no more than 5ft7. I phoned the number on the tracking information and when I finally got through I was told to just email their enquiries email address with a photo, which takes them 5 working days to even respond to. I have tried to phone them multiple times since to rectify the issue, but haven't been able to get hold of them, so have had no option but to go to another provider to get a tree last minute.

The best Christmas tree we've ever had. We were so impressed with the quality of the tree and wonderful to know that it's British grown. We will definitely be returning to Green Elf for 2023.

Everything from the ease of the ordering online, to the delivery day to the beautiful smell of the tree that lasted well over a month - and you make extra social impact by buying through them. The best service we've used in London and we'll be a repeat customer this Christmas as we were last Christmas!

Have been getting our tree through Green Elf for a couple of years, great experience. Trees are beautiful, delivered and then picked up at your door, making the all tree purchase so easy.

The tree was a perfect shape and size. Virtually no pines dropped although close to a radiator. Service was excellent - both delivered and collected on time and on day of our choosing.

It was a real pleasure collaborating with Caleb to organise a Christmas tree for out school. He was full o enthusiasm and responsive to our needs. Excellent delivery communication too - thank you!
