I paid for the service of having the tree delivered and collected from my apartment door (which is not cheap). For the delivery the driver first said that the tree was delivered when it wasn’t, after my complain to the company they saw that it was some mistake and then delivered to my building door instead of my apartment door as paid. Then for the collection, it seems like the driver picked up an abandoned tree from the outside of the building and changed the status to collected, I’ve been trying to contact the company so they comeback for the real tree they need to collect in my apartment and I haven’t had any success as they don’t share a phone number and everything is through a chat that they don’t reply often. Very disappointing experience.

This is my third year using Green Elf for my Christmas tree rental and I'm so glad I found them! Great service and communication, easy order/delivery/collection, good quality trees, and I love knowing that my tree will keep growing and won't go to waste.

Went as green as possible for the tree this year and left feeling underwhelmed. Paid £125 for a 5ft+ tree, and a further £25 for premium delivery. The tree measurement includes the pot - so our tree was 4ft to the pot and then a foot long pot. The tree itself was very petite (very much potted tree from the supermarket vibes) and just didn’t fill the space - which for a significant premium was disappointing.
The delivery has been refunded as they didn’t bring it in or pick it up from inside. Luckily the tree was small enough I could manage
Communications could be improved. I received an order summary and notifications the day before delivery and collection - but I had no way of knowing that it would be collected. The website had removed the listing and nothing on the FAQs or direct communications. So when we got a notification at 9.45pm the evening before it was collected at 9am, it caused undue panic.

Amazing tree and fantastic service.

Not much else to say but the fact someone came and just took the tree was great. But the tree itself is of the highest quality!

I'm not a festive season fan - and as a gay man pretty hostile to all things Christian - but when you have parents in their 90s and you are the only child you have to do it. I detest the waste and debris caused by it all and this is a really nice way of ensuring that my gritted teeth days are sustainable.

We love the sustainable tree! Really beautiful and so grateful the tree is part of a circular economy.

I’ve been using Green Elf Trees for years now and I’ve honestly never had a single issue. This year, I booked a tree collection from my house as an extra service, but I had to leave earlier than planned, so I left the tree outside. I sent them a quick email just to let them know the tree was already outside and didn’t need to be collected from inside the house.

They replied incredibly fast and told me they were refunding the extra service I had booked, even though I wasn’t expecting a refund at all, as I cancelled it in the last minutes.

What I love most is how comfortable and stress-free the whole process is: they deliver the tree, and once Christmas is over, they come and take it away. I don’t have to worry about anything.

I’m definitely going to keep using Green Elf Trees every single year, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, reliable, and customer-focused service.

Delivery was smooth and easy with a very kind and professional delivery man - literally delivering holiday cheer with a smile during a busy time of year! This is the seond year running I have had a tree delivered from Green Elf Trees - they also come in the new year to take it away. If you are thinking about 'renting' a tree - go to Green Elf. I dont think you will be diappointed. - Expensive - but you get really good service, and a lovely tree.

Their trees are lovely and their online team
helpful. But their delivery arrangements have been really disappointing this year. I did not receive confirmation of the delivery time till 11pm the night before. Delivery was due between 10-12 am. It was changed on the delivery day, in the middle of the promised slot, to between 2 and 4 pm. But by 330 I could see that the delivery had still not been dispatched. It finally arrived after 5pm. If I had been informed of this at the start of the day, I could have made plans accordingly but I have been left feeling that my time as their customer is not important to them, and that it did not matter at all when the tree was delivered. They did not contact me directly to apologise-I emailed them and the response was then quick and efficient, but the service level has not been ok overal and the installation I paid for was non existent I

Absolutely love our tree! A couple of issues with delivery but they were sorted by the team quickly and we even got upgraded.

Service and communication was great. E-mail were very clear with up to date information regarding delivery time and date. We werd impressed with the speed ly delivery which took less tjan 24 hrs from.ordering to delivery. I liked the fact that we could track the driver on delivery day. All excellent. We are definitely looking forward to rent our tree again with Green Elf trees next year and will highly recomend to someone looking for a sustaneable tree and good service.

After years of failing to keep a pot-grown tree alive, so nice to have one I can hand back. Hope it becomes an option for more people.
