I was able to make an order for a tree to be delivered in just few days. Although after a day I received an email saying my order was cancelled because there was a technical glitch that allowed me to order outside of London area. However, to their credit after a little bit of time I got another message asking if I’m still willing for the tree to be delivered and they did bring it, so great for me!

Absolute perfection! Super friendly team, free tree delivered to our charity [how lovely is that?!], and really helpful updates before, leading up to, and on the day of the delivery! Genuinely couldn't think of any way to improve the service from Green Elf Trees!

Great tree, excellent customer service. We love our Green Elf Tree every year snd it is so much less hassle than getting one locally - plus love the idea of our pot grown tree continuing on after our Christmas!

We have a potted tree and it looks absolutely gorgeous, well-balanced and healthy. The tree was delivered within the provided time slot and the barrel looks great too.

Our first year „renting“ a sustainable tree, so we weren’t sure what to expect as you don’t get to choose the tree. The tree is absolutely gorgeous and delivery and customer service have been great! We‘ll definitely order again next year.

Green Elf Trees are pioneers. This is a business transforming the festive season into something more sustainable (not to mention convenient). We have rented 3 pot grown trees over the years. The quality is outstanding. Also, the delivery and pick up team are professional, knowledgable and charming.

We ordered a tree from The Nordmann and it turned out to be a Christmas SCAM!!! Merry Xmas to them too!!!!!!!
So, we wisely went straight to Green Elf (which we should have done in the first place), ordered a 5 1/2 footer, and whithin two days we had it.

Delivery was a dream and the delivery man kindly put the tree exactly where I needed it. I got a potted tree and it was full and beautiful. I’d definitely recommend!

Another year with a great 'foster' tree and excellent service from Green Elf. The delivery with the prior message giving a time slot and using track pod is ideal for where I live because there's very little parking available. The collection service is also good, I like the sustainability this offers.

This is our first time using Green Elf Trees and we couldn’t be happier. I was a bit nervous as I love picking our tree and am a bit fussy, but the tree they delivered is perfect. We opted for a 6-7ft tree and it’s definitely closer to 7ft and so beautiful. They sent a time slot and came right on time. I have a very happy 3 year old. Thank you Green Elf Trees, we will definitely be back next year.

We have placed orders for three consecutive years and have consistently received excellent service. The booking and purchasing process is incredibly straightforward, delivery is prompt and reliably tracked, and the tree itself always arrives in beautiful, thriving condition.

Happy with the process of purchasing a tree and the seemingly quick delivery timescale of delivery (next day). Today we were eagerly awaiting the arrival and tracking accordingly with the link provided. Half an hour before the latest arrival time, I was informed that the order had been cancelled due to the tree not being in the van. This is simply not good enough when you pay a premium for the tree and delivery. I had to contend with a disappointed 4 year old and am now left with limited options that meet the ecologically friendly brief.

This was the third year in a row I ordered my tree here but it will be my last. The first tree they delivered was so thin and misshapen I had to request a replacement. The second one that was delivered was a foot smaller than I paid for. Both times customer service said they didn’t know how that could happen. Incredibly disappointed and I will not order a tree from them ever again.

Beautiful tree, exactly same as appears on website. Lovely delivery guy who took his time to set it up properly. Very happy :)

Green Elf Trees delivers live, potted trees that are replanted after they're picked up. They find a place to replant all such trees each year, which makes this a great, eco-friendly option for Christmas. Delivery/pick-up is smooth and the team is very responsive and helpful. This is our third year ordering from them, and they never disappoint.
