The holiday was extremely well thought out with just the right amount of day visits and free days. Emma was very good looking after us all. The hotel was perfectly positioned to take advantage of the town fascilities. If I am hypercritical the visit to Bilbao and the next day home made it two very tiring days

Haven't made the journey yet, but just booked a trip for next year - the booking process was easy and they required only a small deposit.

The holiday was just as described, the hotel was very good, food excellent and staff very helpful. Our tour manager was very conscientious, got to know us all well, had a good sense of humour and helped whenever needed. Good variety of trips out.
And we had good weather!

The experience of booking a European holiday was good because the member of staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I even asked for information about a second UK holiday which I will book the end of this month and again had the same positive experience.
