Excellent service. I had a problem with my website, asked for help via email and within 5 minutes I had Louie on the phone who talked me through it and solved the problem! Dan also on hand for good, honest advise that is best for our business and responds very quickly to emails. Thank you!

Was a little bit nervous when things changed behind the scenes at Great Value Websites, but wow absolutely no need to have been. Great first experience of requesting some changes to website, alterations made quickly and accurately. When I say quickly, within 20 mins!!! Very happy , thanks guys

Great company. I run a pub & great value maintain my website. Lately I’ve been chopping & changing menus and asking Louie to upload them & update stuff. This is done within 30 mins of me emailing, nothing is a bother to them. Great customer service

Great Value-websites I find Responsive and helpful company to deal with. I am provided with a good service and happy with my web site which has evolved over the years to something great value and myself are quite proud off . All my updates are carried out quickly. I don’t need 2nd email or follow up. For a small company it frees me up to do what is important to me, to look after my clients.
5 star rating I don’t give lightly but happy in my recommendation, great company, great value, great people.

I contacted late on a Friday afternoon with a query regarding alternations to our site. I was hugely impressed to receive an almost instant response and the request actioned in a matter of minutes. Very professional, helpful and fast! I would not have expected a response till after the weekend, let alone my request actioned. Fantastic customer service.

We accepted and that's when we saw how good the company is. They got our business email up and running very quickly and within days we had a new logo and a website that was ready for reviewing. Peter kept on the ball the whole time and found solutions to any queries we needed resolving.

To find someone to build a quality website is one thing, but to find a company who does that and has excellent interpersonal skills and excellent customer care makes this business exceptional.
