Good quality products and quick delivery.

I bought a fair selection of teas and most were of a very good standard. I had issues with two variety’s but the company were quick to get back to me and offer advice and alternatives. Very highly recommended for a uk supplier, we need more high quality tea providers in the uk!

As someone who appreciates tradional teas as well as herbal concontions, I love that Great Tea offers both, and I never thought that I would find myself drinking blue tea! The butterfly pea flower blew me away! Inspiration in a cup!

very good overall, its very interesting browsing the shop and looking at the compressed tea cakes and lose teas, they have lots in stock and the teas you can find are indeed grate!

I don’t even like normal tea, but this isn’t ‘normal’ tea - it’s quite exceptional.

I have been drinking Chinese pu-erh tea for years since it was recommended to me for enhancing mental clarity and for its health benefits. Then I was introduced to Great Tea by the founder, Alex, who shared his passion for tea. I noticed such a difference in the quality from my usual tea bags. It’s so smooth, with no bite or lingering aftertaste.

I ordered a few of the teas, and a clay tea pot, and they arrived a few days later. There are too many flavours to compare here; I think that I have found my favourite with the Wild Zirantuo.

It’s not only about the quality of the tea - how it is prepared is just as important - I can understand why so many cultures enjoy a tea ritual. The experience of preparing the tea in its dedicated clay tea pot (which retains the flavour) is lovely!

Everything is just wonderful, I received my tea and even some gifts. I really liked everything, and the support was very kind and open to communication.

Very nice tea glasses, haven’t stopped using them since my purchase, will be buying some larger ones make a set.
Brilliant all round

I have just ordered the Silver Needle white tea and it came in lovely branded packaging, arriving very quickly! The quality is very impressive, I’m looking forward to trying more from the range

Basically it’s beautiful green tea. Delivery is a bit slow, but the packaging allows it to post easily through the letterbox.

The brief for Great Tea was simple... our family love Yorkshire Tea.
We couldn't have asked for a more friendly service, Alex recommended a 6g biscuit to get started, and guided us towards its Yunnan Old Tree Sweet Golden Green Puer Tea.
It takes practice, but not as long as I thought before we experienced the most delightful, refreshing tea... and no milk or sugar is required.
Not only have we been converted, even my 13yr old son loves it.

I can’t recommend Great Tea enough!
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The order was processed quickly, packaged with great care, and everything arrived exactly as described.

The teas themselves are exceptional quality — fresh, full of character, and clearly sourced with real knowledge and passion. Each tea had its own distinct profile, and you can really tell the attention that’s gone into selecting and aging them properly.
