Great program with everything you need. Coaches quick to respond to any question I had. I would highly reccomend this program for anyone looking for something to get started into a healthier life style.

Gravity transformation 6 week challenge is worth it i struggled with losing weight and they provide different meal plans for you to choose from and gives you a choice of which work out plan you wish to do. I done the intermediate fasting meal plan and the home works as I not a member of a gym which is great. They have videos of each work out so its easy to follow. Withing the 6 weeks I lost just over 18lbs and the body over 7% but the bf will go up and down. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Well worth it!

I did the six-week challenge. There are a lot of videos and if you can adhere to them - it will be great overall experiece for you.
Best thing about this program ia doing it at home. The videos are 6 -8 years old and the diet suggestions are not fully adapted for vegeterians. You can see the plan and videos were done once and not updated often. The plan is good overall.
However, there is a cost in the challenge and a qualifying criteria: A 20-pound weight loss goal, or two alternative targets to accommodate different body types and health considerations: losing 10% of your starting weight or reducing your body fat percentage by 5%. You are given your deposit back if you achieve these targets (I believe/hope)
In my case. - I wanted to improve my fitness and lose some weight - I dropped my body weight (81kg - Male) by 2.29kg in the 6 weeks. A 9 kg (~20lb) drop would have taken me back to my 20s or 5% fat loss (debatable on how you measure) was hard to measure.
So, from a cost perspective, go in with eyes open and keep the discipline, but don't really expect that you will get your deposit back if you go for the challenge

I participated in the Gravity Transformation Challenge and lost 19 pounds in 6 weeks. Success! This is no magic solution and it all comes down to self discipline, but the program lays it all out for you. So if you can commit to follow the program and utilize the coach, it's a no brainer!

I joined Gravity Transform after gaining almost 30 lbs in 3 years. I stopped training for marathons but was still eating a high volume of food. I joined the 6 weeks Gravity challenge under the Intermittent Fasting program. The program provides you your personalized amount of food to eat and it changes along way. Workouts are provided with gym and home adjustments. There is also a Facebook support group as well. I recommend this program to anyone willing to put in the work.

I want to warn you about getting into a contract with this company! I lost weight and down to 99 pounds and my doctor is not allowing me to continue. I sent in a letter from my doctor stating she’s letting me continue and they said they won’t let me out of the contract and I still have to pay.

It was an intense 6-weeks program. I particularly liked the no-equipment option for someone like me who rarely visited gyms and did more of my exercises at home.
I lost weight and I look forward to staying in shape. I love the lightweight overall healthy feeling.

This is a solid program. I struggled with following some of the "paperwork" requirements - posting pictures of your weekly shopping and the workouts you completed to the correct FB page - in the end I did get it. Super helpful focus on appropriate diet and workout programs with videos to ensure perfect performance. Diet is very restrictive and unrealistic, if you have a life. The email coaches are helpful and respond to direct emails quickly. Not specifically tailored to each persons situation, but nonetheless, a worthwhile program to get one moving toward their weight-loss goal.

The positive reviews here MUST be fake!
The negative reviews are consistent and exactly what I experienced.
I tried to get my money back when I realised that the goals were completely and utterly unachievable by any sane person. (They clearly set plans that they know will fail). I was then told the plan could not be altered and is in no way personalised. I didn’t start the plan, I didn’t join any of the links/and Facebook groups they sent, but they are refusing to give me are refund. THIS IS 100% A SCAM!

Just finished up the 6 week program. Kept up with the nutrition side even though it was a bit restrictive at times.
It was nice to have a switch up from my previous workouts to follow along with the 6 week workout plans provided.
Good to have coach support also.
Dropped the nagging few kilos that I was holding on to after recent holidays so I'm happy with that.

I saw the Gravity Transformation 6-week shred program advertised as free, and giving participants access to personalised nutrition and exercise plans based on their goals. No equipment required. Wooh!
But, of course, it was too good to be true.
I attended an online meeting and lots of women in the audience looked like me, middle aged and not super-fit. The "coach" explained that the program could be offered for free because participants would have to provide a review or tag the program in regular social media posts. That seemed to make sense. He also explained that, to get people motivated, they had to pay a deposit of $US200 that would be refunded if they achieved their goal weight/body fat loss. This also seemed to make sense.
So I signed up.
I was told I would get a call to discuss my goals etc, and booked this in. At the allocated time I spoke to Austin, who asked why I wanted to lose weight and said he was into visualisation and manifestation, which was a bit woo-woo, but not a bother. The he started talking about a program that would kick in once the initial 6 weeks was up. Austin said it was "a bit expensive". I let him go on about it for a while, thinking that, at some point, he'd get back to talking about my nutrition and fitness levels. Nope.
When I told him I definitely didn't want any further programs, I just wanted what I'd signed up for, Austin was obviously shitty in response. I checked I would still be getting the coach and nutrition promised, he said, Yeah, sure. Whatever. His interest in me had ended once it was clear he wasn't getting a commission.
The next day, "Coach Red" emailed me the instructions to access the programs, and to sign up to the private FB Accountability group. The videos for both were pretty dated (instructional clips are from NINE YEARS AGO) and lo-fi - nothing like the slick ads getting me to sign up to the program in the first place. Then once I started doing the actual excercises, it became clear that they were designed, not for middle-aged women being targeted by much of the advertising, but for already strong, fit MEN. Lots of full-on, high impact upper-body stuff. Most of it requiring specialised equipment. I could see that there were people asking about this on the FB group, and was delighted when someone recommended more appropriate - and MUCH more recently and attractively produced, videos.
I know a fair bit about nutrition, and the basics for the eating plans seem pretty sound. The focus on vegetables and protein is excellent, and I'm sure lots of people with high-processed food diets would benefit enormously from this alone. The fact there's a difference week-to week to ensure effective weight loss looks good (probably designed by body builders) But the programs are DEFINITELY not personalised, and, as I say, are nearly ten years old.
The FB group is lovely, but, obviously, not the result of anything Gravity Transformation does. It makes me sad so many of these people, looking for an opportunity to improve themselves, have been tricked into paying for a lie. I hope they, like I, avoided the scammy upsell from Austin - who, after a little bit of research, I have found the following info (from GT themselves): "The program is non-cancellable once started, except in cases of death or permanent disability supported by a doctors note" (from complaints about GT on the Better Business Bureau) Like, WTAF??? How is that even LEGAL??
So, I'm going to tag the hell out of GT, to make sure people know what they're up to. And I'm going to lose the weight I signed up for. But that's because of me, not GT.

I had a very successful experience with Gravity Transformation. I lost over 20lbs following the Gravity Challenge. Everything is planned out: excercises, Meals, supplements, and a coach that's available through the entire program. Yes, it's hard work but so worth every drop of sweat!

I started this program on December 15, 2025 and it was simply amazing! Completed my 6weeks challenge shredded! My coach was so helpful throughout my journey. I highly recommend anyone who wants to see realistic changes to sign up for this program. Your commitment is 80% success in this journey.

I lost 24 pounds in the first month. My advisor Red was really good and always available to chat. They stood behind what they say they would do.

It wasn’t easy for me to stop eating badly, but so worth it. This helped me in ways didn’t know I needed!

Not a free challenge at all ! After the zoom call , they send a link to “register” with an $200 deposit to make before being able to enter the challenge! Total scam ! I don’t call them free when you actually have to pay !

I had a great experience with the Gravity Transformation 6-week challenge. The program helped me build discipline, consistency, and better eating and workout habits. The meal plans and workouts were clear and easy to follow, and the coaching support was very motivating throughout the challenge.
I made real progress and learned a lot about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I’m really grateful I found this program because I tried many ways to lose weight before, and this one actually helped me stay consistent.
Thank you to the Gravity Transformation team and coaches for the support and guidance. I truly appreciate the experience.
