Gravity Forms is a very useful Wordpress App that hasn't failed in the years I've been using it on other websites long before I bought in on it for my own.

Just does whatever you need it to do. I use it for my online quote request process - as certain options are chosen others become available or are dropped.
Makes for a very intuitive experience for the visitor.

I love Gravity Forms, but I don't love their refusal to honour existing customers when they have major sales like Black Friday.

Last year (2023) for Black Friday they had 50% off for new licences, but nothing for those of us with renewals in November. I contacted their sales team who said "The Black Friday pricing applies to new license purchases, not renewals or upgrades."

So, I simply cancelled my existing licence and signed up for a new one, which saved me hundreds of dollars. It would be great if I didn't have to do this…

These guys absolutely super serve their customers!

Whenever I have needs their support is all over it in a hurry.

And Gravity Forms is the best solution I've found and I've used many contact forms. Absolutely the best.

Great plugin, easy to use, a ton of integrations, by far the best of all the WordPress form plugins that I've tried.

The ease of use makes Gravity forms the best forms plugin! I am able to quickly and easily create a detailed form and gather all necessary information. Gravity forms stores all submissions and I am able to download whatever information I need for reports.

For processing our membership payments and dinner reservations, etc. thru PayPal, Gravity Forms works and notifies us of each transaction, provides an audit trail. I could not find a better solution for the price.

We were hacked through your form and had to get rid of it

I am not sure what the difference from gravity form to contact forms is. I have both set up and they are both terrible at letting spam or seo marketing crap get Into my contact sheet.

Gravity Forms are easy to use and quite versatile. The "duplicate form" is very handy, making it easier to create variations on a basic form to suit your need.
