I've played on alot of casino sites. This one has to be the longest for withdrawals. My withdrawal took 10 days. They obviously want you to use so keep it for ages. I got my money in the end but had to wait and contact customer care a few time. Also there bonuses are worth nothing. 24 hours to wager isn't long enough. Most sites give you 4-7 days to wager which is fair enough. If you are impatient like me don't use this site.

I invite you to check my open case on CasinoGuru regarding the €70,000 in winnings unjustly withheld by Gransino. My account has been fully verified, and the casino even made a partial payment of €500, but €70,000 of my winnings were unjustly withheld.

I also encourage you to look at my previous complaint on AskGamblers, which was closed and marked as “resolved.” This is completely false: AskGamblers deleted the €70,000 case instead of marking it as unresolved.

I have therefore opened a new complaint on CasinoGuru, while preparing a complete dossier with all necessary evidence to initiate legal proceedings against this casino.

This casino takes advantage of the fact that it does not have a license and claims to be untouchable in legal matters, but we are now preparing a broader course of action, which could involve contacting:

Government authorities collaborating with your services,

Your game providers,

And the banking institutions connected to your operations.

⚠️ I invite you to share this case as widely as possible, as is done on some forums, and I thank you in advance for your support.

Won £500 and tried to withdraw it, after 4 days it was cancelled no warning or discussion. So I requested it again, now on day 8 no funds in my account and live chat only gives you AI bots who say the same thing. It will be with you soon/immediately. Still nothing!

Advise anyone thinking of playing this site to use another! Don’t waste your money or time!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! You never win, when you hit the bonus the pay the lowest amount out. It’s an absolute scam! Trust me do not waste your money on these people. They give you large bonuses also when you make a deposit and you literally don’t win a penny or hit the bous

This is one of the worse sites I have been on to pay you out your winnings. Going on five days. Paid by e-transfer and I have been in review forever. When I go to the live chat, they all have the same automatic response and keep telling me it’s in que to be processed. These sites hold onto your winnings for as long as they can in hopes you play it back. They can’t be that hard up to pay me a measly $450. These sites are absolute garbage. Tony bet, Betty casino, slots magic don’t have an issue paying you out the same day. I don’t know what this sites deal is. I have filed a complaint with their gaming license issuer.

I won a life changing jackpot. I submitted all 5 documents 3 days ago and nothing has happened. They have restricted my account so i can't withdraw any money.

Is this a scam?

But of course they still let you deposit or play games.

I advise not using this site because if you win you can't get your money.

Still no luck getting money. They keep asking, 3 times now, for the same 3 documents to be uploaded. 2 credit cards and bank transactions. I keep uploading them but they don't tell me what is wrong with the documents i have previously uploaded.

Beyond frustrated withis site. I am moving more towards this being a scam site. Disgusting!!!!

Still no money. I finally got feedback and resent tbe credit cards with the right numbers showing. For bank transactions they say the deposits aren't appearing, but they are all there. I'm assuming i will not get this money out and will treat tbe money like one of those fake money sites, i.e. not real money. I will be submitting a complaint to the casino board. Shame on you gransino

Still nothing . It's been over 2 weeks since i won the money they have had the latest document to verify for over 3 days. Now 'live' chat says it's the weekend and they'll be back on Monday. I will continue to pester them until they pay me or close my account.

No money was ever received by this casino. They are trash. Do not waste your money on these scum.

Gaming here is genuinely enjoyable and there’s no pressure to spend more, and you really feel respected as a player. One time I noticed the chat support took a little longer to respond than usual, but when they finally replied, everything was explained clearly and my issue was resolved immediately.

Im currently in the process of trying to reclaim 500$ that I won off Gransino.

Here's my experience and why you shouldn't play on this site.

For starters, the Live Chat is run by AI bots, but occasionally you will have someone join under a fake alias who is actually real. One of their fake alias being Hanibi or whatever their name is.

They asked me to refresh the website to "make sure my withdrawal is in the system" knowing fully aware that I'd be cut from the Live Chat and sent off to speak to a different bot.

Every other bot will give you the same automated responses. "Please wait a few minutes while I check this for you. Please wait an extra couple of minutes while I check this for you." to which they will eventually tell you that your concerns have been forwarded to the finance department who are quite literally declining my withdrawals and masking it as a "Provider Issue".

Now, when it comes to this website you can freely deposit as much as you want. They absolutely love that! However when it comes to claiming your wins and trying to withdraw, this is the issue you will more than likely be faced with.

Currently it has been 11 hours at the time of this review that I have been forwarded to 4 different AI generated bots. No success, no fix for this "Provider Error", just to clear your cache and use the latest version of Google. How hilarious is that? I'm sure you can see how awful this site is judging by the fact that there's more than half of their reviews being 1 star.

Personally if your looking to online gamble you are better off going to FastSpin99 as while they have some AI bots, your deposits and withdrawals are accepted with no issues and your chances of winning on Sundays are great.

UPDATE: It has now been 3 days of being constantly cancelled from withdrawing back to my Mastercard. For 3 days I have been waiting to be approved for the withdrawal through direct Bank Transfer to which they have not helped me in the slightest. I definitely do not believe that I am getting my 500, but as long as the money remains in your account or under request, they cannot use your money. So please, if your still waiting for a withdrawal to be approved, stay far away from this site and dont cancel your withdrawal once it is requested because they can use your money that you put back into the casino.
