I didn`t have much luck on Gransino during my last few sessions, and a couple of games stuttered for a second or two. It wasn`t a dealbreaker, but it did break the flow a bit. I`d still play again, just hoping for a smoother run next time.

Have never used an online casino in my life and don't plan to though even if i did it wouldn't be one spammed to me in unsolicited emails.
More emails from the dodgy associate using firebaseapp.com but with a random misspelt word between @ and a . before firebaseapp.com used to make the sending address unique.
Been getting these sort of emails for years from different sending addresses as they use list of emails offered on dark web after legitimate sites have been hacked and info stolen.

Put in thousands of dollars , anyways was on the cashback program which support was very good and received my cashback the next days always. Ended up winning big 2,3 x my initial deposit. Was withdrawing $2300 a day (the max ) and after a week I cannot make anymore withdrawals? Says “unexpected error” . Been talking to support via live chat and that’s gets me know where, I’ve tried everything, different browsers, cleared caches, different devices, etc. why would they work fine and then all of sudden stop working ? Very concerning that this is intentional? Waiting to hear back from support via email. I give it two stars because the games are fun and support have been great up to this point . So far this casino has been great. Games feel fair, with wins landing every now and then. My first withdrawal took a bit longer than I hoped because of the verification process, but once it was cleared things moved along fine.

Granino has been one of the most disappointing betting platforms I’ve ever dealt with. After being a loyal customer for years, they voided one of my bets without a proper explanation, transparency, or even basic respect. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave vague, dismissive responses and refused to clarify why the bet was voided in the first place.

Their handling of the situation showed a complete lack of integrity and zero regard for long-standing customers. If this is how they treat loyal players, I can only imagine how they treat new ones.

I can no longer trust this platform, and I strongly advise others to think twice before using Granino. Poor communication, zero accountability, and unfair practices — absolutely not worth it.

Update: Despite multiple follow-up emails to both customer support and my assigned VIP manager, I have received no response whatsoever. Their continued failure to address my grievance reflects very poorly on their professionalism and reliability.

Getting verifed took way too long, with several days of waiting before my KYC was approved. Once that was out of the way, thotgh, everything ran ok. The games worked well, support was helpful, and payments were fine. Glad I waited it out.

Avoid at all costs. There is a high chance they will not pay you out. I won $5,000 on a $200 deposit. They limit your withdrawals to $700 per day and a maximum of 3 withdrawal requests at a time. They say withdrawals take "3-5 business days". It took 10 days to get my first $700 and now they're on an additional 12 days without paying anything else. They've stopped responding to support requests. They've blocked me from accessing their live chat function. Any response that I would get, previously, was nothing but copy-past script nonsense.

This website is a scam. Avoid. I imagine they likely are gambling everything they themselves have in the crypto markets and likely have blown most of their funds.

I was quite hesitant at first because of all the negative reviews, but my own experience was completely different. I received my withdrawal without any issues, so I honestly don’t understand where all the bad reviews are coming from.
I do admit that my payment wasn’t processed right away, but that was my own mistake — I had entered my IBAN in lowercase letters. The support team kindly pointed this out, and once I corrected it, my withdrawal was processed.
Just as they promised, the money arrived in my account within three business days. Everything went smoothly and professionally in my case.
