Boiler replacement

We had our old boiler replaced today as it had run its course, I received a text to let me know exactly when the engineer was arriving, he worked hard all day, very friendly and approachable, come home tonight and the house is super warm… they had also previously continued to service our old boiler, now in with the new, highly recommend this company!

Very professional and punctual

Very professional and punctual. In less than an hour they serviced the cylinder, fixed the flush button and also repaired the pipes in the sink that was leaking water.

Great service

The whole process was seamless. I booked a boiler service on Grand Union’s website a week in advance and received texts on the day to let me know when an engineer would be round.

Andy provided the boiler service and was really knowledgable and thorough. Would highly recommend!

Customer service at its best

If your looking for plumbing and heating engineers then this company should be your first choice as you will not be disappointed.
Their communication with the customer is very good and the online booking system is spot on.
Andy their engineer who serviced my combi boiler this morning turned up on time with notification when he was on his way.
He was very polite ,tidy and professional which is the way it should be when someone comes into your home.
Will certainly be using your services again when required.

Exceptional service received by Grand Union Plumbing & heating Ltd. Thank you so much for a stress free experience, for our bathroom renovation. Ciaran was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skilled as were all of Mitch's team that we met. We 100% recommend these guys. If you have any plumbing needs, look no further!

Turned up within window given, engineer was friendly and helpful in fact could easily be someone I would have a pint with ! In and out no unnecessary faffing about got the job done and went. Brilliant service
