Im so happy to say i have finally made my second with drawal and awaiting a third and fourth. The first was with Bella Vegas in March of 2023 I believe. You will find my complaint on ask gamblers, trust pilot, and no deposit kings. I play on many casino sites. I came to Grand Eagle casino by No deposit kings website, if you go to their site you will see there is a no deposit code for registration from that link. I didn't get the bonus once registered. I contacted support. She let me know it's not a $24 no deposit bonus but actually 25 free spins after deposit of 20$. No that's not what a no deposit code is. I then asked 4 times for the ways to file a formal complaint. Renee the support agent completely ignored me. When I asked the 5th time she disconnected me. I asked to have my account deleted. This isn't a fair play casino. They falsely advertise to get players to register and then they're completely rude and lie when you contact support. I strongly suggest not joining this casino.
