Formal Complaint Against Grand Capital Regarding Withdrawal Issues and Deduction of USD 1,441.34

Grand Company is swindling money from hundreds of people in Bangladesh through bonus offers.**Disputed $1,441.34 Deduction – Grand Capital**
I am disappointed with my experience with Grand Capital regarding a withdrawal and a subsequent deduction from my trading account.

I initially requested a **$3,500 withdrawal**, which was rejected/cancelled. After that, Grand Capital successfully processed withdrawals of **$2,500** and **$1,000** from the same account.
Later, I requested a **$204 withdrawal**, which was processed, but at the same time Grand Capital deducted **$1,441.34** from my account with the transaction description **“Bonus paid correction.”**

Before this deduction, I was informed that **$829.18** was considered bonus-related profit. However, I was not provided with a clear calculation or contractual explanation showing how the amount became **$1,441.34**.
I have requested Grand Capital to provide:
* The exact bonus clause applicable to my account
* My required and actual trading volume
* The calculation of the $829.18 amount
* The full calculation and contractual basis for the $1,441.34 deduction
* The reason for rejecting the original $3,500 withdrawal
I am not claiming that the deduction is automatically invalid. I am simply requesting **clear documentation, transparency, and a contract-based explanation** for such a significant deduction.
I have supporting account statements, trading history, withdrawal records, and correspondence with Grand Capital.
I hope Grand Capital will provide a transparent explanation and resolve this matter fairly.

Thank you for the detailed message. Withdrawal and bonus questions like this deserve a clear, documented answer, and we want to provide one. For your security, we cannot discuss specific account details, balances, or transactions in a public forum. What we can say is that bonus terms, required trading volume, and any related adjustments are all governed by the conditions accepted when the bonus was activated, and every calculation on a real account can be provided to the verified account holder in full. Please contact us directly through live chat at grandcapital.net or our official support email, referencing your account, and our team will walk you through each item you listed: the applicable bonus clause, your required versus actual volume, and the full basis for every adjustment and withdrawal decision. We are committed to resolving this transparently

We understand how concerning it looks when the numbers don't seem to add up, especially with such a specific timing detail. Bonus terms and Stop Out mechanics can be complex, so this really needs a proper look at your trade history and account log rather than a general explanation. Please reach out via live chat at grandcapital.net with your account number (5535840) so the team can review exactly what happened in your case.

Misleading Bonus – Does NOT Support Drawdown

had a very disappointing experience with Grand Capital (grandcapital.net), also known as grandcapital.id / Grand Trader.
During trading (XAUUSD), my position was stopped out after losses close to my deposit amount, even though the price never reached the level where it should have been closed if the full equity (including the bonus) actually supported drawdown.
This clearly shows that the bonus does NOT function as real equity, despite what was promised. The explanation about a “market gap” does not justify this, as the price movement did not reach the expected stop-out level.
In reality, the bonus appears to be misleading and functions more as a marketing tool rather than real trading support. I lost my deposit and also missed a profitable trade that would have hit TP if the system had worked as advertised.
Very disappointed. This seriously damages trust in the platform

We understand the frustration when a Stop Out doesn't seem to align with your expected level, especially with XAUUSD price movements. Bonus equity and margin calculations can be affected by factors like market gaps, but this really needs a proper look at your specific trade log and account history to clarify what happened. Please reach out via live chat at grandcapital.net with your account details so the team can review the trade timing and bonus terms in your case directly.

Warning: Bonus Scam, Fake Platform, Impossible Withdrawal Rules

Reply: Thank you for your response, but it deliberately misrepresents what I wrote.

Nowhere did I say I wanted to withdraw the $500 bonus itself. I fully understand the bonus is not withdrawable. My complaint is about the profit I generated—over $10,000—and the impossible 2,000+ lot requirement to withdraw it. That requirement is mathematically designed to ensure no one ever actually gets paid.

Regarding the logout button: You're right, I do see it now. But that doesn't change the fact that for days it wasn't visible, which raises serious questions about your platform's functionality.

The real issue you ignored:

Your system allowed me to open multiple accounts from the same IP and receive the $500 bonus on each one. I opened over 10 accounts and got the 500usd bonus on each.

This directly violates your own Clause 4.13.

If your systems were functioning properly, this should have been impossible.

You can't hide behind "terms and conditions" when your own platform fails to enforce them. The fact that I was able to claim the bonus multiple times proves either:

Your systems are broken, or

You deliberately allow it to lure people in

Either way, it's not a trustworthy operation.

If you want to "review my case individually," I'm happy to provide all 10 account numbers. But I already know the answer: you'll point to the same impossible lot requirement and refuse to release any profits so i deliberately wiped all accounts on any profits

Verdict still stands: Do not deposit real money here. The bonus is a trap.

This broker's "Welcome Bonus" is a complete scam designed to trap you. I signed up after receiving an unsolicited email promising a $500 bonus and a "Fund Manager" opportunity.

Here are the undeniable red flags I discovered:

It's NOT a Real MT5 Account: They claim you can trade on MT5, but they do not provide a genuine login that works on the official MetaTrader 5 platform. You are forced to trade ONLY through their website interface. This means they control everything you see—it's likely a simulated environment, not the real market.

No Logout Button: Once you log in to their website, there is literally no logout button. This is a massive security red flag and shows how poorly constructed their platform is.

Impossible Bonus Terms: I traded their $500 bonus and generated over $10,000 in profit across multiple accounts. But to withdraw even a single dollar, their terms require me to trade over 2,000 lots (based on their formula of 1 lot per $5 profit). This is mathematically impossible for a retail trader and is clearly designed so you can never actually withdraw.

Rules Don't Apply: Their own rules state you can only get the bonus once. Yet, I was able to open multiple accounts from the same IP and receive the bonus on each one, proving their systems are either broken or deliberately fraudulent.

Verdict: They lure you in with a big bonus and fake promises, but you will never see a real withdrawal. The lack of a real MT5 login, no logout button, and the insane 2,000+ lot requirement prove this is not a legitimate broker. Do not deposit any real money. Total scam. I AM NOT EVEN TAKING THEIR 500USD WELCOME BONUS SERIOUSLY AS I KNOW IN THE END I CAN'T WITHDRAW ANY PROFITS,

Hello, Javon Hamilton.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify several important points.

First, the $500 Welcome Bonus is a promotional offer with clearly stated terms and conditions available on our website before participation. The bonus itself is not withdrawable — only the profit earned under the specified trading volume requirements can be withdrawn after a deposit is made. These conditions are outlined in section 4.10 of the promotion rules.

Regarding MetaTrader 5:
We provide access to the official MetaTrader 5 platform. Clients receive valid credentials that work on the original MT5 desktop and mobile applications. Trading is not limited to the web interface.

Concerning the logout button:
The logout option is available in the client area interface. If you experienced any technical issues, we would appreciate specific details so our technical team can investigate.

As for multiple accounts and IP usage — the promotion rules clearly prohibit receiving the bonus more than once or using multiple accounts from the same IP address (see clause 4.13). Violations may lead to cancellation of the bonus.

The Welcome Bonus is designed to allow clients to test trading conditions without personal investment. It is not intended to serve as guaranteed withdrawable capital.

If you believe there was an error or misunderstanding, please contact us at info@grandcapital.net
with your account number so we can review your case individually.

Best regards,
Grand Capital Team.

Never deal with them

I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company. My experience was extremely bad.
The first time, I deposited $100 via bank transfer. It was only to test the speed of the deposit.
The second time, after several days, I deposited $2,000 via bank transfer, and the funds were credited to my account. I then increased the balance to around $4,200. After that, I lost $2,200, leaving approximately $2,000 in my account. I then decided to withdraw the remaining amount in two parts: the first $1,500 to a private bank account, and the second $600 to another private bank account. I wanted the funds to reach me as quickly as possible, within one or two business days.
The first amount of $1,500 reached me after 7 days, and it was transferred to a different bank account than the one I had requested. Then my suffering with the $600 began. Every day I received the same response: “We are contacting the company that handles the payments, and the funds will reach you.” The situation remained the same every day.
Then they started asking for a bank statement, which is illegal because they are not an official or governmental entity, nor do they have a licensed official branch in Türkiye. I sent them my bank statement and also sent them the transfer receipt for the $1,500 that I received from them. Then they told me that I must send a picture of the bank deposit I made on the day I deposited the funds.
How can you request a picture of the deposit when you credited the funds to my account immediately after the deposit, especially since I uploaded the deposit receipt to the website at the time of the transfer?
How did you send me $1,500 if you were not sure that you had received the deposit?
During the period before sending the funds, they sent fabricated images of people I do not know, claiming they were private bank transfers to me, even though I do not know who these people are, and the value shown on the receipt was only 500 Turkish lira.
The support team on their Telegram channel does not know what they are talking about. One of them even told me, “I don’t know the answer; I will ask a colleague at work,” which is highly unprofessional.
Today they informed me that they will not send the funds. I have started legal procedures against the person who sent the $1,500 but did not send the remaining $600.
Even the $1,500 I received was short by about $70. On the day of withdrawal, the amount shown on the screen was 64,300 Turkish lira, but I only received 61,000 Turkish lira.
After careful investigation and research, it became clear that this company is not licensed in Türkiye and does not have a commercial registration. The intermediary company they deal with is also unlicensed and has no commercial registration or commercial bank accounts. They open personal bank accounts or rent bank accounts from ordinary individuals and use them to receive and send money. This is illegal and poses a risk to the names of clients who send and receive funds through these accounts.
After thorough research, I found that there are many victims who have had their money misappropriated by this company. You can search on Google to find more information.
I will publish the full story with evidence and court documents on a personal page that includes 7,000 traders from Asia and the Middle East.
I will do everything in my power to achieve justice.

Greetings, Majd Nseir!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you have had a negative impression of your interaction with our company.

Please note that all deposit and withdrawal operations are carried out in accordance with our internal security procedures and the requirements of our payment providers. In certain cases, bank transfers may take longer to process due to additional checks by banks or payment intermediaries, as well as the specifics of international transfers and local banking regulations.

Requests for additional documents, including deposit confirmations or bank statements, may be made solely for transaction verification and the protection of client funds. These procedures are aimed at preventing fraud and do not constitute a violation of client rights.

Please be aware that the processing time and the final amount received by a client may depend on correspondent bank fees, currency conversion, and the terms of the recipient’s servicing bank. The company does not charge any hidden fees beyond the stated conditions.

We would also like to emphasize that the company has been operating in the international financial market for 19 years. During this time, we have served millions of clients and partners across various countries. It is clear that a company engaged in improper practices would not be able to operate successfully and consistently for such a long period. In addition, the company operates under an international license, and all business processes are structured in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standards.

Please provide your trading account number and contact us via an official support channel (website chat or email). We will conduct a thorough investigation of your case, review all deposit and withdrawal transactions, and provide a comprehensive response based on the results of our review.

We remain open to dialogue and are always ready to review client inquiries on an individual basis through our official communication channels.

Kind regards,
Grand Capital Team.

Made a simple enquiry. Now I receive continuous calls cloaked from every province. This aggressive sales tactic is not welcome. I wish it would stop. Update Oct 6: Ali (in Canada)continues to berate me with calls and said that he will continue until we have a full conversation! I made a simple enquiry. These calls are identified as coming from a different location with different numbers each time. This is harassment. Update: Oct. 10: You are calling me a liar which is more of the same disrespect. Hello Ajah David,

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's a pity that you faced difficulties when trying to withdraw profit from the $500 bonus — we understand how unpleasant and frustrating this must have been.

According to the rules of this promotion, the $500 bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn, but the profit you earn while trading with the bonus can be. After the 7-day period ends, the bonus is removed and open positions are closed — however, the profit remains on your account.

In order for the profit to become available for withdrawal, a certain trading volume needs to be completed: for every $5 of profit, you need to trade 1 lot on a funded real account. Based on our records, a deposit has not yet been made to activate the profit, and no trades were placed, so the withdrawal is not available at this stage.

We understand that the rules can be a bit complex, and we’d be happy to guide you through the process so you can fully benefit from the promotion. If you’d like to try again or need help setting up your trading, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Sincerely,
Grand Capital Support Team

Dear Dian Adman,

Thank you for your request and data update!

Your activity on our platform was blocked because we detected fraud trading on your side. Thus, the blocking was done in a full accordance with our Terms and Conditions - can be found here: https://grandcapital.net/about/agreements/

Your bonus funds will be written of your trading account 6146142 (Swap Free) and the financial result of the trades made using these bonus funds will be adjusted.

The reason for that decision is based on the clause 4.5 of the Personal bonus agreement:

4.5 If there’s a suspicion of fraud, Promotion abuse, or forgery of papers provided by the participant, the account shall be banned and the Client will be denied service. Another possible ground for reconsideration of the results shall be a weak trading activity on the account, e.g.: one major trade or several minor trades placed approximately at the close time with close prices, meaning one main trade was divided into smaller ones. To prevent such a fraudulent activity and money laundering, the company reserves the right to deduct bonus funds and/or decline granting the bonus at any time without warning at its sole decision.

And clause 19.3 of the RTO Regulation:

19.3 Prohibition of Exploitation of Bonuses and Special Offers
19.3.1 Definition: Exploitation of bonuses and special offers refers to any attempt by the Client to take unfair advantage of promotions, bonuses, or pricing offered by the Company. This includes but is not limited to abusing bonus terms and conditions or engaging in any behavior aimed at unjustly increasing benefits.
19.3.2 Prohibition: The Client is strictly prohibited from exploiting any bonuses, special offers, or pricing provided by the Company. This includes but is not limited to:
• creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, in case the Company Regulations require that the bonus can only be received once by a client;
• manipulating bonus terms and conditions to gain an unfair advantage;
• engaging in deceptive practices aimed at benefiting from special offers.
19.3.3 Consequences: Company reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to the exploitation of bonuses, special offers, or pricing, including but not limited to:
• Forfeiture of bonuses and associated profits;
• Account suspension or termination;
• Other legal actions and/or actions specified in this and/or other Company Regulations to recover any losses incurred by the Company as a result of exploitation.

From the moment this message is sent, the company's services are not available to you for 3 days. After the 3-day period you are restricted in using our trading services.
