Would rate 0 if I could . Paid 50 pounds for two shampoos , waited long enough for there to come ! They never came ! Tracker said it had , checked wiht neighbours , hiding places every where nothing . No one will bother or care to tell me where it is ! SCAM SCAM SCAM company do not buy from here !!!
Horrible experience shopping with this company. I attempted to contact them via email when a package I purchased never arrived. I sent a total of 3 or 4 emails, and this company replied to NONE of them. They replied to instagram DM's only. Thank god I used a third party to pay because this company refused to even give me a refund, stating they'd rather send me another product to which I refused. After trying to get a refund via third party, the company stated I never responded to them on whether I wanted another product or a monetary refund. SERIOUSLY?! It took a total of 3 months just to get a refund. After I sent them a final DM on instagram, the company told me to email them for further assistance. Yes- send a message to an email address they don't answer at all. Whether US or their international email address- know that this company didn't respond to ANY of my messages. Avoid this sham of a company.
I haven’t had the best experience to be honest. My package got lost in the mail but the team’s responses on instagram were amazing they kept track for me and were really lovely. So it really is a shame to leave a bad review because I had such high hopes of these lovely people. My dermatitis has always been bad my whole life, absolutely nothing has helped I prayed this was the miracle cream I’d been looking for! Unfortunately my hand has ended up infected and inflamed due to reacting to the cream and I have to go back to the doctors tomorrow. I’ve heard amazing things from this company so I’m so disappointed this hasn’t worked out for me, especially for £25 for the tiniest tube.
I’m in the US and I received my products quickly and everything was packaged wonderfully! There was even a little note signed by the person who packaged the product and a coupon for my next order! I would definitely purchase from this company again!
