I needed detailed attendance reports for the prior school year by student for an audit and just could not figure out how to run them. Kate answered quickly with detailed instructions (including pictures). Amazing!

The person who helped me was very helpful. He was clear with his instruction and allowed me to ask questions as we went along with the call. He took it step by step and checked things as we went along. I think his name was Emay, but I am not for sure. We got the problem resolved and he made sure to ask if there were any other questions.

My experience was great because (I cannot remember how to spell my representatives name) it is extension 7524....he was so patient! REALLY EXCELLENT service. Thank you!

We've been using Gradelink since the 2023–2024 school year, and choosing it was one of the best decisions we made for our school. All of our staff use Gradelink every single day, and we honestly can't imagine doing our jobs without it.

One of the biggest reasons I recommend Gradelink is the customer service. From the very beginning, I've had the pleasure of working with Kate, and she has been incredible. She has helped me through everything from simple questions to more complicated issues, and she always responds so quickly. I never feel like I'm just another customer—Kate genuinely cares about helping us find the best solution and always follows through until the issue is resolved. That kind of support is hard to find, and it has made such a difference for our school.

The program itself is also incredibly user-friendly. Even with all of the features it offers, it's easy to navigate and doesn't feel overwhelming. We love having tools like EnrollMe for admissions, built-in email and text communication with families, attendance, grading, scheduling, report cards, transcripts, and parent and student portals all in one place. It has streamlined so many of our daily processes and saved us countless hours.

What has impressed me most over the past few years is that we've never felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. Whether we're implementing a new feature, troubleshooting an issue, or simply asking a question, the Gradelink team has always been there to help. It truly feels like they care about our school's success, and that level of partnership is something you don't find very often.

I had an issue with our preschool report card. Some things need to be removed. I emailed my issue and before I knew it, my problem was resolved, quickly and efficiently. This has been my experience consistently. Customer service is great. Axel has been great.

I always ask for Mark when I need assistance. He is very responsive. He returns phone calls in a timely manner, easy to understand, and he stays on the phone with me until the problem(s) has been resolved. Mark has great customer service. He knows Gradelink very well.
