Excellent and Reliable Customer Support
As a school administrator who relies on GradeLink daily, I have always been impressed with their customer service. Whenever I have emailed support, the team has responded promptly and provided clear, helpful assistance every single time.
I especially want to recognize Christina for consistently going the extra mile. Their responses are thorough, professional, and solution-focused, which has made a real difference in helping us resolve issues quickly and keep our school operations running smoothly.
GradeLink’s support team is one of the strongest points of the platform. Highly recommended for any school looking for dependable software backed by responsive people.

As an administrator, Gradelink is fairly easy to use. The Help feature is usually a good option with basic questions, and the Customer Service is quick to respond for questions not found in the Help section. There are some things that I could fix but mostly I'm happy with the program.

My problem was addressed and resolved very quickly and i really appreciate it. They even asked if there was anything else they could help me with.

Our school has greatly benefited from using Gradelink. Their tech support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. When some data from our school was mistakenly deleted, Josue Lopez, a tech support specialist, quickly recovered all the missing information. Highly recommend Gradelink and their team!

Mark is so quick to help, so professional and personable, and his advice and step by step guidance is spot-on and valuable to me, a busy administrator with limited Gradelink knowledge and experience. Mark is great! He's like my personal co-pilot as I navigate this SIS.

I had several issues I was experiencing with Gradelink, and Axel was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, walk me through the solutions, and make sure everything was resolved. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to assist. Thank you for providing such great support!

I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Gradelink, and specifically our support tech, Mark. He always goes above and beyond in helping solve any issues we have in a timely manner. He is friendly and patient in guiding us through any questions or problems we have. The level of personal support he provides is what makes Gradelink stand above other Student Information Systems!

Axel made a video that not only explained the feature, but actually showed me step-by-step how it works and how I can use it. He made everything simple and easy to understand. He also responded very quickly, as he always does, and never leaves me waiting for an answer. I really appreciate how helpful, responsive, and thorough he is!

Alex is awesome! We’ve had a few interactions, and each time Alex has been extremely pleasant to work with. Alex is always quick to respond to any questions I have, typically within just a few hours. Explanations are detailed, clear, and always help resolve whatever issue I’m experiencing. I really appreciate the responsiveness and expertise!

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. Have tried for 3 consecutive business days to contact a support team member with no response. Phone places you on hold, then rolls to voicemail. At the beginning of the school year, data is critical to get entered. Their system requires more than simple knowledge to navigate, yet Gradelink does not staff their support team with enough people to support the paying client. Gradelink's advertised excellence is a sham.

Axel was able to respond and fix the problem I was having within an hour- excellent response time and he clarified how to fix the same problem in the future.
