Absolutely awful. Bought a watch and after 1 week it has completely fallen apart. The pins attaching the strap to the watch face fell out and the buckle on the strap fell off. No reply from grace aura when emailed reporting this. Avoid at all costs!

Do not order from this company, trying to return something is a nightmare. The goods are cheap and nasty. A person claiming to be Olivia (the name on the return forms is Wei Xinhong) sends you endless emails when you request a return and demands photographs with odd paperwork. It is hard work getting a refund and you pay the postage to China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! They won’t return your money! The return form is a scam too don’t fall for it!!

CHEAP CHINESE ITEMS, POOR QUALITY EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAITED FOR HOODIES FOR 3 WEEKS, I ASKED TO RETURN THEM AND THEN EVEN THOUGH I HAVE 14 DAYS RIGHT TO RETURN ANY ITEMS I WAS ASKED TO TAKE PICTURES AND SEND TO EMAIL THAT BLOCKS ANY ATTACHEMENTS, THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME THE RETURN ADDRESS SO I CAN'T EVEN RETURN THESE CHEAP SO CALLED HOODIES. EXTORSION, DON'T FALL FOR THIS.

I Wished I read reviews before purchase, the item is a total mess 😕took forever to be delivered 😢.

The jumper I ordered was poor quality and nothing like website picture. I have returned the item but struggling to get a refund. No clear refund process in place and terrible communication from company, Do not order from this website.

Do not use this Chinese website again. Lethal they won't let you cancel even on the same day! The item wasn't for me, a younger member. I thought as it was PayPal it would be safe. It's safer to order through PayPal amazing company. It came a month later, looked nothing like their website. I was refunded from PayPal & said I could keep the item or donate. Went to charity shop, but doubt it could even be recycled. Please do not buy!

Please do NOT order from this site. The jacket I got was not what the photo looked like. Extremely poor quality, catagorically not worth the money, definitely a big scam, takes ages to arrive and difficult to impossible to return. Stay well away.

Having ordered before reading very negative reviews, I was concerned. Any queries were answered quickly. The item arrived within time scales given & I am very happy with it. Only negative, was delivery company threw parcel over a high wall into my garden. Glad item wasn't breakable.

Complete scam. The boots are nothing like the photos on website: they are uncomfortable, no cushioning, fur trim on top not fur lined, not waterproof, cheaply made, poor stitching. You cannot get your money back unless you return item back to postal address in China. Absolutely awful product. Do not buy.

Item did not arrive, despite contacting customer service, have not heard anything.

Disgusting scammers

My husband bought the boots for a Christmas gift, he paid 69.99 pounds sterling. It took four weeks to arrive and when they did they were too small. We were disappointed that they were not the right size. Eventually, attempting to return them we discovered they had to go to China at OUR expense. This is a massive SCAM do not fall for it. We have lost our money and the company who promised to send a pair that fit as a gesture have not followed through. BE WARNED.

I ordered boots - in the picture they looked like warm winter boots. I waited over four weeks for them and they are very flimsy plastic boots. I have been in touch with their customer service at least three times, they have offered me a discount on the boots plus a discount on any other items I might buy (unlikely). The boots are too tight and I cannot wear them. I have asked for a VAT number and a EORI number so I can send them back to China at my own cost. No luck so far - do they even have a VAT number? DO NOT ORDER from this company, unless you want to throw away your money!

I just feel I am to continue saying to others DO NOT USE GRACE AURA , a scam , they charge twice what Amazon do (they say their service is far better ) NOT THE CASE , when product finally arrived it was just fit for bin

Ordered a dress on 20th November still waiting (5th Dec) wished I checked for reviews. Poor customer service when emailed like they didn’t care!! Will be wanting to return once got as now not needed hopefully won’t miss the return date and can get my money back!! The order keeps saying due for delivery for a date but keeps changing now as the date has passed. NOT HAPPY

Boots were delivered to wrong address , by the time I found the boots the 14 day refund had passed

Thank fully I’ was able to buy some real Leather boots from a local and reputable shop
I’ve lost £32 pounds on nothing , I am going to give the plastic boots to a charity shop ,they are barely good enough for that

Absolute scam. Like others, wish I read the reviews first. Didn't realise I was ordering from China. Took ages to come and when it arrived it was very poor, inferior quality that are nothing like catalogue picture. Bought a sweatshirt which when it came was very poor quality and far too big. Far too expensive for what arrived
Nightmare dealing with customer services who constantly try to get you to keep the product for cheaper price rather than issue a refund.

I am so very disappointed with the quality of the tracksuits i ordered for my grand daughters for Christmas. Quite honestly,i would be embarassed if i was anything to do with Grace aura. I wouldnt give them away,let alone in excess of £30 each!
The phone number for customers service is "unrecognised" and i have had no communication from them.
I hope someone in any capacity can hold them to account for inflating the price of substandard goods. In good faith,i have emailed them to request info about a return and refund. But judging by other customers complaints,i might as well not hold my breath.
How can we the customers get our money back?
