Grace and Olive Home Reviews

I love my shelf, it’s made my new kitchen complete 😊

Really pleased with shelves and the brackets. Good prompt delivery too. Thank you

We received our radiator cover (Shelf with metal legs) and we are delighted.
Jordan was soo helpful after I contacted them couldn’t do enough for us , love supporting local businesses. It looks great in our hallway

We used the team at Grace and Olive to provide our digital marketing business with rustic shelving. The service was absolutely first class and the product was finished to the highest standard! Since then many of our team have gone on to purchase for their homes! Would definitely recommend them :)

Super fast delivery, great communication. But above all lovely finished product. I am very happy with it all.

Was fast delivery, very nice quality, looks and feels solid wood , we just so happy with this purchase .

Came much quicker than expected, very good quality at a reasonable price.would use again

Beautiful product that arrived very quickly with everything needed. Really helpful company too. Thanks so much

The products are good quality and delivery was prompt. However I had to return an item - part of one of the two orders I made - and in spite of several emails and attempted calls to customer service no news is forthcoming about my refund. Had I had better service at this stage I’d have been sure to give five stars

Speedy deliver and a good quality product. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful shelves. Definitely a statement piece in my kitchen

Ordered some rustic shelves and brackets prior to Christmas. My order arrived earlier than expected, having been kept up to date throughout. The finished result is beautiful- highly recommend Grace and Olive to others. Can be a bit of a gamble ordering shelves on line as you
Can’t we the quality first hand until they arrive. But you will not be disappointed. Excellent quality and excellent service. Thanks so much!

I ordered a rustic shelf with brackets and a rustic coat and hat wooden rack. I spoke with them on the phone prior and sent through a photo of where the pieces were to be placed, as I am trying to be creative with a very small hall!. They were really helpful. My delivery was fast and I love the products. Really good quality and look lovely. Thoroughly recommend, good customer personal service, which seems to be thing of the past these days with other companies...

Fast efficient service got exactly what I required .... all measurements spot on

Very poor descriptions on website.
Product described a shelf and rail unit. (Even asked me what wood I wanted!). All that arrived was a rail - was told I needed to order shelf separately. Very deceiving on website. To add to that the rail arrived damaged with scuffs on. Was offered a replacement rail nothing else. Product that arrived clearly good quality when correct/not damaged. Wont be buying from here again

Wow, what lovely rustic shelves and brackets! They fit beautifully in my new kitchen and I have just ordered some more for the bathroom after some lovely comments from family and friends. Great quality and service. Would definitely recommend and already have!

I found Grace and Olive a very friendly small business with great communication skills and customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Product exactly as described; rapid delivery.
An email confirming the purchase and/or likely delivery date would have been good.

Love the ability to be able to custom etch the shelves with own wording, allows for a really impactful, personalised look

Shelves are solid, fittings great & finish exactly like the picture on the website.
