We ordered 2 shelves plus brackets on 10th May. We have received no contact since.

We have attempted to contact them 17 times, using their email, their online form, the number on their website, and the mobile on their Instagram. I managed to get through to a Google Assistant once and said I was phoning about an order before it hung up. Since then, my phone number now rings once before saying that I cannot be connected. While I cannot confirm this, I believe I have been blocked on both the mobile and the company phone.

They have taken nearly £170 worth of our money and have not produced the goods.

I purchased a console table in April. There is an issue with the legs which are not straight. I have emailed on a number of occasions with no response other than an acknowledgement & someone will get back in contact. I tried to call the number on the website- not answered on the 10 occasions I've called.

The table is lovely, but faulty. After sales service shocking!

The company responded quickly to my emails. We were desperate for the shelf in time for Christmas having been let down elsewhere. They beat their lead time and the shelf arrived in good time and was perfect.

Before I ordered there were quick response to my questions. Hopefully the coat hook lives up to the reviews already submitted

We received our package in a terrible state. I am sure it was courier company. The packaging was torn and the product exposed. I would like to know what happened to it!

The website is very informative with good photos.
The shelves are of a very good quality. They are heavy and come with appropriate fixings. Fitting is not complicated. They are good value for money. The service is good.

Beautifully made pieces , our rustic shelving and brackets are perfect.If you have a visualisation of what you want and an expectation of excellent craftsmanship , I can’t recommend Grace&Olive highly enough, exactly what we wanted, can’t wait to receive our other pieces to finish our dining room off.

I’m over the moon with my new kitchen shelves. They look amazing and are of excellent quality. I even had a bespoke shelf made which is slightly wider than the others and I’m so pleased with the finish.

Beautiful piece of furniture, made to my specifications, I’m very happy with my purchase and such a great company to deal with.

Helpful advice very friendly and great quality product

I’m sorry I have to give a bad review as we try and support small businesses but the top of the unit was delivered damaged, I raised an enquiry about 2 weeks ago and been phoning the phone number on the website and nobody is responding.

We couldn’t be happier with the shelf from Grace and Olive. It adds rustic yet modern charm to our kitchen. The shelf with the lovely organic wood patterns has a nice thickness to it. The wax finish (‘Dark Oak’, with its warm honey tones) is beautiful. The brackets are unobtrusive and elegant. This best Christmas pressie my husband and I could have given to each other!

So, I ordered a Reclaimed Wooden Coat & Hat Hook with Vintage Cast Iron Hooks (6 hooks). All good until I had to screw in the hooks, 12 screws in total. This should have been a 10 minute at most job but the pre-drilled holes were all out. I had a nightmare with it. I'm not a D.I.Y person, I don't have drill bits etc to hand so had to ask a friend to help. 1 hour later and it was done. Time that should have been spent with my children on a Sunday. I was furious at the time so decided to calm down a bit before I wrote a review. If it was Sunday, it would have been a minus. Please, please, ensure that the pre-drilled holes are in the right place because quite frankly, for the time it took, I may as well have made my own one.

The quality of the wood is excellent and delivery was so quick: I think the product is really good value for money and looks so beautiful. The smell of the wood was also lovely.
