Their delivery always takes 4 to 5 days (measured over 10 times) whilst they claim 2 to 3 days. Inluding shipping they aren't cheap either...never again.

Some bottles were damaged during the transport. They sent new ones without any problem. Really professional. I can only recommend them. Also the support is very fast and friendly

TCM great, PostNord, however...
Package got damaged and Postnord stopped it somewhere along the route. They did not respond to mail etc. TCM however immediately reacted upon contact and swiftly made a new delivery. TCM handled it great, will avoid PostNord like plague, however, there is usually trouble with them

Great purchase and product but delivery…
Great purchase and product but delivery was a nightmare. Box thrown up into our balcony and bottle chipped, thankfully packaged well so it didn't smash completely.

Really disappointed
Product delivered was wrong.The worst part was not having the wine ordered after the wait, plus the inconvenience of the return. Return responsability completely falls on the Client, waiting for money back if everthing is in order; i.e. assuming the transportation back risks

We have arranged the pickup. It was a problem for you that you had to be available within a 5-hour window for the pickup, but that's the carrier's policy. You have not assumed any transportation risk.
