Their delivery always takes 4 to 5 days (measured over 10 times) whilst they claim 2 to 3 days. Inluding shipping they aren't cheap either...never again.

Good but not very fastfoe large orders
TCM has decent prices but, more importantly, a huge selection. The orders I regularly place there do, however, take between 10 and 15 days to arrive (in France). The transport itself is quick (2 or 3 days with GLS), but they need a week or so to package it and send it off. My recommendation would be to order products that you don't need urgently. Always check the promotions and flash sales to see if there's anything you like at a great price - that helps reaching the threshold for free shipping.
As pointed out by the vendor, I do place large orders. If one bottle needs reordering from the importer, that will affect delivery time for the whole order. If you're more reasonable than I am, your order may well arrive much faster than mine! Thanks TCM, keep up the good work and yes, see you soon on my credit card invoice! 😁

Es por eso que hemos promocionado la botella sin estuche y la hemos puesto a un precio más económico.
Dicho esto, veo que usted ha recibido su pedido hace más de un mes, y el plazo máximo para hacer cualquier reclamación o devolución es de 14 días después de la entrega.
