Really bad service
This is an extention of voipstudio. These people have treated me in the most disgusting manor. They are rude & sarcastic for no reason. It almost as if you must beg them to use their service. Its been 2 weeks and I have had no success crediting my account. Ive tried my card & sent a bank transfer. Ive even provided my passport & photos of my card. They are very strange in behavior. Not only this but their interface has the wrong proportions so some windows cant even fit.

I think this has been clearly explained to you by my colleague. We have a legal responsibility to prevent fraudulent activity on our service and cannot overlook the warning signals associated with your account.
In addition to the issues we initially had with validating your credit card, we also uncovered what we suspect to be an attempt to de-fraud inbound callers with a spoof 'Welcome to HSBC" IVR greeting.
We do not accept your explanation that this was 'just random' and have reported your activity to Action Fraud.

The company is sensitive to client's requests. They make adjustments quickly without fuss. I just like this approach because it re-enforces the notion that GoTrunk really wants to be amongst the best service providers.

Support was very quick to respond to questions with the info needed. Easy to set up. The user GUI has extensive debugging info available that allow you to easily see and follow the SIP transactions. Excellent international rates. Real time CDR display I found very useful.
