First time ordering experience
It was my first time ordering from GoTraka and the services are amazing. I ordered my CPU during the Christmas cutoff and it still arrived on time - I also ordered a GPU recently and they were nice to change it to Next-Day Delivery for free after I contacted them to change the speed. Will be shopping here again, thanks!!

I was looking for a Computer moniter as a gift late into xmas present buying, This company shipped very quickly with free delivery. I initially bought one pc monotor as a gift for my partner and later decided to buy him a second one as the screen fashion. Good customer service
I've just purchase a wide monitor from them as it was the best price I could find and forgot to add next day delivery as I desperately need it tomorrow. Called these guys straight away and got it sorted in 2 mins. Thanks.
They replied within a minute on the chat and also answered the phone in 20 secs.

Two thirds of my order arrived quickly
Two thirds of my order arrived quickly, the last item is outstanding and there is no way to find out when it will arrive.
Most items arrive quickly but multi part orders come in multiple parts.
Return policy has a restocking charge.
Overall the company is decent and delivers single item orders well. However order tracking could use improvements ie which carrier, when's it expected to be delivered etc.

Great value, certainly at least £100 cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery, notification and update service was brilliant, letting me know exactly where my order was, and a very good estimate of delivery time.

Worst company every to return a faulty item push from piller to post told one thing then told different by another advisor told I would get a refund soon as item arrives then told a week later its been sent to the manufacturer for testing 2 weeks for a refund will never deal with this company again I can assure you that this company is a shamble
