My desktop needed a repair, it was still under warranty. The desktop needed returning to base and it was dealt with very efficiently (faulty RAM) and from the day of sending it off, I had it back within 6 days. You can't complain about that. Excellent service.

Ordered a customised gaming PC.

Efficient communication, was quickly informed about out of stock components and potential replacement options. While there is some upsell offers when confirming the order there was no pushiness to accept these and felt it was left to my decision.

Arrangement of delivery was smooth and PC arrived on schedule.

Build quality is good and worked perfectly straight out of the box (with only set up required being connecting the wifi antenna to the motherboard).

Very impressed with the process and would oreder from Palicomp again.

Had the New PC a few days but was getting random freezes, did some testing and Googling and it appeared it could well be the Corsair Ram. So contacted support, they sent me a 16GB ADATA Ram replacement delivered within 24 hours by DPD. Changed that a couple of days ago and all seems fine now, so sent the Corsair back yesterday. As a gesture of goodwill they have also updated my Warranty Package. Palicomp Support have been excellent and I am well pleased with the New PC as well. This is my second PC from them, my first being nearly 5 years ago.

They replaced faulty RAM quickly rather than making me send back the entire PC when it was inside warranty period - overall a great experience.

My son bought a gaming pc from palicomp with a 5 year guarantee almost three years ago.

Two months ago he started having problems. After sending it back it turned out to be the motherboard. Customer service initially were helpful and it was sent back for a replacement.

Having blamed the two months it was with them on a poorly led company on whom they had been waiting to get the motherboard replacement it arrived back with his SSD MISSING. The pc is effectively useless. It cost him in all nearly £1500 for the build.

We contacted them immediately and they ignored our emails. Now the emails are failing to send.

So what are we to do or think? Was it purposely kept by them or a mistake. The silence leads me to think the absolute worst. I will be pursuing this in as legal a way as possible.

BEST EVER I got an insanely good deal for a rtx 5070 watercooled 32gb ddr5 amd ryzen 7800x3d 1tb ssd PC from them i bought it from their amazon it might of been a pricing mistake based of todays economy i got the pc for £1400 the pc came with everything right everything was put together correctly no scratches no like misplacements or damaged item i couldnt be happier and the watercooling is mounted perfectly

purchased a 3TB hard drive from them only to be told that due to low stock and prioritising pc builds they'd have to cancel and refund my order.

they then raised the price £20 on their website and kept it available to purchase.

I feared a security issue with my computers motherboard and emailed Palicomp on a Sunday evening.
By 10.30 Monday morning I had a detailed explanation of what to do, and it worked first time.

This now my 3rd PC, I bought my first PC from Palicomp in early 2018 and it's still going strong and is used every day by my eldest grandson. Its an AMD Ryzen 1800X, 16 GB of DDR4. In 2024 I bought a PC for my youngest granson an a Ryzen 9 and my latest purchase for myself is an Infantry General. I had a problem literally a couple of weeks ago with the Ryzen 9 where an M2 (SSD) failed. Palicomp collected this from me on the Friday and put a new M2 in and had it back to me by the Monday, all under the carefree warranty. WHAT A SERVICE. I cannot recommend Palicomp enough. If you need help they are there for you.

Superb company, had an issue with a hard drive failing, lots of support, always replied promptly to emails and rectified the issue super quick!
Will be contacting them again for sure when my next upgrade is due

Had an issue with PC just outside warranty period.
Sent email to support who replied in minutes with solution. Issue was caused by me leaving PC off for long periods and CMOS battery failing. Replaced battery as advised and all good. Brilliant service. Have bought 3 PC's from these guys now, one for me and 2 for family.

Great deals but poor customer service. I ordered a pre-build with them and paid extra for a 3 year warranty that included a faster delivery (QJUMP) yet the PC arrived with multiple GPU issues beyond my control and had to be sent back . Not only was their support very abrupt and defensive when trying to resolve this, they also offered very little understanding and were were avoidant of any form of refund despite me taking th extra deal for early delivery. In the end they gave me a Steam key for a 14 year old game as compensation. Bit poor considering all the effort I took to try and resolve the original issue myself and also had to repack the PC myself for pick up.

Ordered a custom PC from Palicomp. They shipped a cheaper 2-slot motherboard instead of the advertised 4-slot model, didn’t apply the RAM upgrade I paid for, and the rear I/O didn’t line up properly with the case. Customer service was defensive rather than fixing it. I returned the system and built my own – which only highlighted how badly put together their build was. Wouldn’t use them again. CHECK YOUR SPEC

As someone with limited PC knowledge, I was initially worried about ordering a custom gaming PC. I'm so glad I chose Palicomp!

After placing my order, I realized I needed to change my PC specification. The Palicomp team went above and beyond to accommodate my changes, their customer service was excellent and made the whole process stress free for a PC beginner like me.

The custom built PC arrived exactly as I requested, and it works perfectly. The build quality is fantastic, and everything runs smoothly. For anyone in the UK looking for a reliable custom PC builder who will work with you (even if you're not tech savvy).

Warning to ALL new customers!

I brought a premade PC and was expecting to receive value for money. However it came with the incorrect CPU sent - expecting a 9950X3D and received a 9950X. This is a difference of nearly £150.

They have given me a lame excuse of a miss pick, wouldn't give me contact details over the Amazon conversation and have failed to reply to my email.

We have recently received a customised desktop win 11 PC from Palicomp. The machine is superb, really well built and very fast. They were a little pushy (in a gentle way) to upsell which did make me rather wary but I'm glad they did as we have finished up with an extended warranty for a very good price. Pre sales support was also good and they do answer the phone unlike some ( we ordered over Christmas so they did keep us posted that it was running a bit behind.) Absolutely thrilled to bits with the machine as it needed to meet certain awkward requirements and it does that perfectly.

I have ordered from palicomp on multiple occasions, full pc builds and parts, I would recommend them 100%, they are very trustworthy. They are my go to for pc builds.

Excellent quick service during the holiday period as well. Very happy with this company, the best I've used for prebuilt pcs.
