Scam company. Firstly, What is sent is not the item that can be seen on the website, the item is defective and cannot be worn without the glitter falling everywhere but the dress, requested to return the item as the dress is defective and the glitter doesn’t stay on and was told it’s expensive for me to return the item at my cost and it would be cheaper to accept a 40% discount on another item. I paid £50.00 for a defective item. I’m not going to buying anything else so wouldn’t need a 40% off voucher! Reporting as fraudulent company

They refuse to take a return.
I accidentally made the same order twice. I tried to cancel the second order right away but no one listened. So I received both orders. Now no one will tell me where I can return the order to to get a refund.
This is a sham company. The clothes I received were not at all like the pictures. beware of this company!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They charged me over $100 for a lovely looking gothic coat for my Wife for Christmas. When it arrived yesterday it was made of cheap material and practically falling apart. I cannot even be bothered to try and get a refund as the reviews state this is just a hassle. Ill just never use them again. This is an absolute scam! Avoid at all costs

I ordered a coat. Took so long to receive. Didn't get it in time for what I needed it for. But with that being said, I finally did get it. Love the coat. Good quality. Stylish looking. Will I order again from them? Yes!!! But will order months ahead of when I need it. 2 months wasn't enough time for them.

My jacket is too small. They say they take returns, but no, they are only offering me 40% on reorder!!!! Rip off!! Lots of others say the same on Reddit. Wish I had 'reddit' beforeI got scammed.

Ordered two shirts and a bracelet for $105 + $5 ”shippment & insurance” - and got nothing!
The support says they shipped my order and reject all further responsibility. But I got nothing!
Many mails and complaints followed but I just got automated answers - sorry…

item i received was damage and the zip is jammed they give you a leaflet that says they are happy to hear back and any complaints they will sort out but i have emailed multiple times no response not hearing nothing back product is also cheap Chinese version

Item arrived, very poor quality, nothing like the pictures. Item was all screwed up in the package. Sizes no where near UK standards. Requested to return, told it had to go back to China at my cost, does not stipulate China on the site. Since then they are ignoring my emails!! So I have contacted by payment card provider. Horrible clothing, abysmal service. Now stuck with an item that I paid over £50 for!

Cheap Chinese stuff and returning the items is horrible. It takes days for them to even respond, and first they try really hard to have you accept a 40% discount instead of returning the shit. Then they warn you it's really slow this time of year to return the item, and that it's expensive shipping it overseas (??). When finally I got the return address and other info, they tell me to ship it to a private citizens address in China and to label the parcel as $5 worth?? And also that they will deduct an additional $5 return fee, too. All costs added it would cost me MORE to return this shit, than keep it.

A scam nonetheless, luckily I paid via PayPal and have started the complaint. The website does state that returning items is paid by the customer, but if the company claims to operate from Lithuania, then the package must be returned to said Lithuania, not China.

I have today recieved my package at last. Looks like they sent me a replacement which I'm delighted with.
I could have been saved from all the heartache if they had shown they would help me, and reply to let me know they were sending me a replacement.

All's well that ends well....

On the 3rd of December tracking claimed it was delivered to the said address. It wasn't delivered and I have a Ring bell recording everyone who comes to my door. I got it touch to let them know I hadn't received my order. They did get back in touch with me the following day. They said to check with neighbors even said to go to a post office and check there. I replied saying, the courier is saying it was delivered to my address and I have the proof of anyone had called that day on my Ring recorder. They got back to me again and said according to them it was delivered and there it nothing they can do on there side. Now I'm upset and plead with them, that I'm a pensioner and can't afford to loose that money I spent. They say in there terms and conditions, that if a parcel states it's been delivered but customer says it hasn't. There will be an investigation before a refund is issued. I sent two more emails on separate days but they are not replying. I feel like I've been scammed and it's extremely upsetting. So a BIG NO NO for goth and rock.
They have no heart and no soul 💔

The pakket arrives from Sweden (20 km away), but when you open the pscket and it dosn’t look at all like the picture and the size is totally wrong, they wan’t you to send it to china to get your money back ( 80 euro + 8$ for the Company + 5$ )

The correspondence was hideous. Jacket not good quality. Too expensive. Very disappointed.

Be aware because they are scam company. It said they are in EU but they are not. I ask to return order and they demanded i send it to China. Now i need to male claim to my bank about fraud and all that stuff. Also what i received doesn’t look like on the web shop but looks like cheap stuff. Do not order from them.

Products were very poor quality on arrival and looked nothing like the website photo.

When I tried to return, they replied offering me a discount to keep them. When I declined and asked for a return address they just ignored me, despite repeated emails. Thankfully I was able to get a refund via Paypal after raising a claim.

It's basically a scam, the item (shirt) is a cheaply made copy of what they're showing on the website, looks nothing like on the pix. Also, the shop is not in Lithuania as stated on the website but in China.

Quality is bad and sizing off, Temu stuff at inflated prices. Also arrived with parts missing. I emailed them about this and they said a refund would be issued, I’m still waiting for it! Now escalated to a PayPal claim

Sent me the wrong size, by three sizes.
Won’t give me a return address, n get wants me to keep the item and for my inconvenience they will give me 40% off my next purchase.

Stay away…. Or seriously look at this company and what is posted on the internet

This company is a scam.
I ordered my items, they didn’t arrive for 3.5 weeks - no updates, no customer service.
Once they did, I no longer needed them due to the outrageously long wait. I emailed asking to return the items for a full refund. They won’t answer me! Scam, scam, scam. Save your money and don’t trust these jerks.
