They scammed me, dont waste your time. The reviews they post are fake. I never received my product, nor did I even get my tracking number. I sent them 5 emails with no reply. I even threatened to report them, file a dispute with my bank, and take legal action in which they did not respond. Using the better business bureau website, I reported their company. I will do whatever it takes to get their website taken down so no one else is a victim. I spent $65 dollars and now I have to travel 2 hours away just to be able to file a dispute through my bank.

Please don't buy from them guys! I made a big mistake! I bought Yoongi's So Koi jacket from them and still didn't receive it after 4 months! I decided to email them, but they don't even reply. I am a little confused thought, because everyone is saying the items don't come from South Korea... I read on their website that the items come from warehouses in South Korea, China and Japan /: but overall it was the worst decision ever, because this was the first merch I ever bought. I don't think it will EVER arrive, which makes me sad. I spend 40 euros on this and got it as a birthday present. I am still very upset that I choose the wrong website :( I should've read these reviews first!

okay so i saw these reviews of gotamochi on trust pilot , i have to say i’m pleased with my order!! i ordered a world tour hoodie , map of the soul persona jimin hoodie & a rm 5th muster top . i received updates regularly & tracked it . i ordered it on christmas day & ive jus got it today which was quicker than it stated . they say that it’s from korea which it isn’t it’s from china as the reviews have said . i probably would trust this website again & if u got scammed then oop

They won't reply to emails. Order 3 items pyjamas, cushion and lanyard. 2 items arrived more than 3 weeks later. It has been more than 6 weeks now, the 3rd item still missing. Worst of all, these items are FAKE, not from Korea but from fake Chinese website!! Don't buy from them.

Please learn from my mistake. I parted with £80 for items from this FAKE site for my beautiful daughter who was heading to a BTS concert at Wembley. I never received them but they took the money. Like so many of the poor souls who trusted their site my daughter was left sad and I was left angry! They sent me an email reply to my complaint, thanking me for 'reaching out' to them. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Use Cokodive, they are better! Give it up Gotamochi, the world is on to you!!

I purchased a persona hoodie and BT21 head band here in November. I got it just 3 days before Christmas.

The head band quality was sub par and average but the hoodie snug and comfy. Overall not bad of an experience.

Purchased BT21 items from their store, and decided to read the reviews after - worst thing ever. I then realised that they were not a trustworthy seller and attempted to cancel my order, which they did not respond to until it was shipped out. It took around 3 months to arrive and when it finally did arrive, it was fake (what a surprise)! Please do not waste your money on their goods as they are fake and are not worth their price!

Ordered three items on November 10th. Only one arrived before xmas and the other two items after xmas. So a total of eight weeks. The products were fine but the delivery was far too long. I had given up hope of ever getting them. I also emailed them several times but had no reply.

I ordered 2 Hoodies from this website. I never received them. Sadly I didn't read the reviews on trustpilot before. This Site is a scam website! On the page there is written, that the products are delivered from South Korea, but that's not true. If you have a tracking number, you can see that the products are from China. I asked them where my package is, but they never answered my email.
I recommend you not to trust this website. I was manipulated by the good reviews on their website. Which is also suspicious, because nearly all of the reviews are positive.

so glad i decided to use paypal. My bank knew this was a Spam. They declined payment. Sad my daughters will now not have what they want for xmas.

I ordered from their website since AUGUST and nothing came and I’m really angry about it. I’m furious, it’s now DECEMBER and nothing just nothing after 4 emails they just stopped responding, I tried everything : calling, Instagram, Facebook NOTHING worked and I’m really disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

This place is a sham. I ordered my daughter a bts pullover and they sent an aweful pepto pink pullover with no certified bts logo,Pure bs. Review this place and dont buy from this business.

According to tracking service that they provide my package is still stuck in China, however I found a better tracker that informed me that my package had in fact arrived at my local postal office and that they had sent a letter to me, which I think will arrive some time tomorrow or monday. Terrible costumer service, tried emailing, facebook message and insta dm, no replies on anything except an automated response. According tot he website it's suppose to take 3-5 weeks, I ordered in early september, a month later it shipped and now it's almost two months Their tracking service sucks and I just hope I'll be able to get my stuff some time next week. Would not recommend, DO NOT buy from this website. The merch isn't offical (I was aware of this) so I'd even recommend buying from wish instead, at least their costumer service isn't sh**.

I saw a lot of bad reviews so i was really worried however my pastel love yourself hoody arrived within a month (maybe 20 or so days, I live in england) and although it probably isn’t official, i’m obsessed with it! Would definitely buy something again

If I had a choice i'd give this shop no starts at all. It's a SCAM. I ordered two lightsticks. According to their shipping policy it takes at least 14 days but after 2 months still no news so i contacted them. They replied with an automated email "I'll look into it." Every time I sent an email, I was replied with the same thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP

WOW THIS PLACE IS BAD. ive emailed them 6 times and contacted them via instagram and everything. Ordered since august and they havent responded since.

Ordered a jacket, never got it. Thank god paypal issues refunds. I emailed them but none of their addys work, their instagram and FB don't work either. DO NOT order from this company.

Ordered 2 items. One came a few weeks after i had ordered, which was great, i had emailed and they replied pretty quickly and were helpful..... so not a 1 star right??
Well the other product is still yet to make an appearance over months on and all communication has dried up.. not good at all.
I would not recommend at all.
