If I could give negative star rating, I would. This mockery of a company has single handedly destroyed my life and has demolished my quality of life to a point that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to recover from. It started when I was awarded with a scholarship for law school (outside and unrelated to mos.) This investment in me and my prospective future career was awarded to me by a very prominent attorney in the state of which I, too, reside, Texas. I knew when a wire transfer should be visible in my account just like I knew the applicable cut off times from both financial institutions. The last day arrives for me to register for a very very important academic venture. The investment /scholarship was sent the day prior via wire transfer. This means that any reason person would know that the wire would then arrive the following day from 1030 am to 1230pm as indicated by the federal reserve and evidenced by my personal experience. I have received around 400 wire transfers in my adult life and every single one of them were I’m available in my account at the financial institution to which I was associated with at the time, but not MOS. While I am aware it is not a financial institution in and of itself, the ONLY way you can seek any assistance, even for your financial assistance, is through the app with a “advisor”. This advisor is assigned and remains constant throughout your mos experience. This should have been red flag number 37366363626363 but it wasn’t. I was hopeful in the mission mos had so I tried to remain positive. The wire transfer I was set to receive was 7500.00. So 3:45 pm arrives and the financial office of my university closes at 430 and this day was the last day to pay for enrollment for a very very important program in my law school career. I messaged my “advisor” and his answer was the same answer as literally it had been every time I asked a question about anything pertaining to my bank account and this answer is as follows: “I have reached out to my team and will provided you with an update as soon as I get a response” I’m trying to remain calm, but to no avail, I lose it. I really lose it as my patience had been on the exponential decline for months because of the sheer negligence I have experienced prior to this day. I lost it, I cussed, I said they were incompetent, unprofessional, disgusting, criminal, and tons of other things. Now, be advised I have read every single word of all binding agreements that mos has published and that I agreeed to upon opening an account and while this may seem to be “understood” nothing about “disrespectful behavior” is even mentioned in any of said terms and conditions or user agreement. 515 pm rolls around and I have Since lost my window to enroll in a once in a lifetime opportunity at my law school. I’m addition to this loss, my wire transfer is still not showing up in my account when I receive word from my “advisor” that my account has been closed due to disrespectful behavior. I was actually not mad at this at the time it occurred bc I knew I lost my cool and because the 7500 wire was not in my account upon being told it had been closed, so I thought this was a blessing in disguise. Thankfully I would no longer be having to suffer at the hands of such a terrible terrible company. I could just use my other bank account and hope I can pay a day late for my college. The following day around 12, the bank calls me to let me know that the wire transfer had successfully gone through to my account the day before at 10:47 am!!! So I log back into mos account and it indicated to me my account was closed, but something had changed, my balance was now 7500 higher than close of business the previous day. I was livid. I have been begging and begging for instruction or a status update of a balance refund check for a week now and have lost completely my chance to enroll in school for the mini semester of which will cause me to lose my Internship and it is snowball effect from there. PLEASE, if you are a student, please do not trust these people if I can help save one person from the sheer agony this place has caused me my pain will be worth it. Please please please go elsewhere there are tons of resources much better than mos and for heavens sake do not bank there. Mos has ruined my life as I knew it and has caused me and is still causing me so much mental anguish I truly don’t know if I’ll be able to recover from it. I have slipped into a depression and it has taken all of the fight out of me they win. They have beaten me. I literally am so depressed I cannot even fight for my own money that they have stolen from me they have stolen my prospective college career from me and they have stolen my perseverance and my sense of purpose from me. I don’t even want to live anymore. Please don’t allow them that opportunity to do the same to you. I truly hope I can keep just one person from this hell.

An amazing customer experience which these days, especially in this country is rare. Checked by email that they ship overseas , very quick response. Ordered and the large item was with me in the UK in 7 days. The tracking information was the best I have ever had. I knew exactly where it was and when. Would definitely recommend and will buy again.

I love the representatives at mos they are very helpful. Life was hard but mos came through for me. They looked at my financial aid and noticed I could apply for more aid . They helped me get $2000 more than what I was expecting. I am very grateful!!

My experience with MOS was positive, even though I did not get a scholarship. Honestly, it was not due to my rep Rima because she was wonderful. She was very attentive and helpful; I just didn’t have the time to apply for everything she recommended. Also, I didn’t qualify.

My advisor, Cyrine helped me with every step of the way with my process of applying to school. I absolutely love her professionalism and how constant she was with getting me all the information I needed. If anything I needed to be a better communicator. Also, the Mos Discord

Mos has been great What I like is about Mos they stick with you not ghost you. My advisor at Mos has been helpful in assisting me with finding the right scholarships and funding for college. Go Mos!

Words cannot explain how amazing this group is! They gave me a mos advisor that was super helpful and I trust so much! She was always there for me and helped me earn so many grants for college and was ready to give me a new scholarship for me to do! You won't regret signing up with Mos, take a leap of faith!

Just because they were not able to help me get more aid this year they have previously which is why I came back. My advisor was very helpful in assisting me I have no complaints about him.

Great experience with Mos. I had a personal advisor that directed with towards scholarships and she would give me word for word messages to send to my financial aid department at my school to get me opportunities towards grants and more. By just receiving one grant it made it worth paying for the services at Mos. I would recommend it to others as well. Thank you, Mos.

I absolutely love them. I had emma as an advisor and ended up getting $10,000 a semester for the past 2 years! I love that I got to keep the same advisor and the scholarships they recommended were amazing. I got almost all of the ones I applied for.

Mos is a great website that helps student receive aid. I feel like it definitely helps guide students as to how and where they can receive aid.

I have never been so grateful. My MOS advisor has helped me receive thousands of dollars in scholarships and grants! I can communicate on my own schedule and my advisor will get back to me ASAP. I really have nothing bad to say about using MOS. The application is super easy, and the advisors are nice and are willing to actually help.

Ive been using MOS for years and I will say that I first signed up hoping that they would find some free money for me without any real effort on my part. For me, it just so happened to be a success! They got me an extra $500 that semester and most semesters its been at least that much. The people are all really nice, encouraging, and helpful as well. I will say I struggle to find scholarships still that apply to me. I dont do a lot of community work as I am disabled and struggle to leave my house much. But even so, they help me through the FAFSA app and other things. So it's worth it for me to keep coming back each semester.

I was told of many scholarships I can apply for because I'm native American but I haven't found any yet. Is there scholarships for going to mortuary school?

I had really been put in a tough place in terms of how I'd be able to afford college and Mos was such a great option to help with that! You're able to easily get in touch with your financial advisor and the response times are usually within the next day! I was able to double the amount I was getting from grants and be able to afford tuition and books!
