Faulty
We bought a fridge which is just out of its 5 year warranty. It started to leak water, we contacted gorenje. They gave us the number of their engineers who after two visits deemed the fridge faulty. However gorenje say it's not their problem as it's out of warranty. Also their customer service takes an awfully long time to respond to emails

The worst company ive ever used
The worst company ive ever used. I bought an oven. On its 1st use it has blown my electricity fuses in my home and doesnt work. The company are refusing to honour the warranty as it was bought through a company on ebay....who also refuse to help. Avoid this company!
A year after this oven first broke i am still without an oven because no one can get the part needed to fix it.
This is a complete nightmare. I spent more because i wanted the long warranty. Instead im left with no oven and no money.
