I love the fragrances of the candles and the beautiful wraps on the jars. I can’t always burn a candle, so I have been trying out the plugins. The scents are strong but not overpowering. I appreciate that you can adjust the strength and the little night feature is great!

Love all the products I have tried recently. First time I have purchased Goose Creek candles. They are wonderful, I plan to buy many more.

When I received my order, my wax melts were melted in the box all over I sent photos two different times have emailed two different times and I’m getting no response other than my ticket will be closed because I’m not responding to the company, which is not true and I’ve resubmitted the photos and the emails and nothing is being done

Best candles ever!!!

I loved how fast my order arrived. I ordered the grape soda, champagne bubbles, clean cotton and a coconut. They all smell so good, but the scent lasted a day! I was so disappointed i wish they lasted a few days!

Got here fast, love all three scents and the deals! Seems like shipping costs less now too which is why I had not ordered in a while.

Slow shipping but the candles are amazing

The hello Kitty candle was very cute on the outside but had little to no smell. The funnel cake candles smelled very good. The other candle was just average. There doesn't seem to be a lot of consistency on what will smell good and what won't.

I've bought candles from Goose Creek several times and like to give them as presents to friends and family. Everyone who gets them just loves them. They have a pleasant scent and are long lasting. I have a dozen of them waiting to give to friends, family and neighbors.

I requested to cancel my order the same day I placed it because, immediately after my purchase, I received an email notifying customers of a data breach. As a first-time customer, I was concerned and emailed to cancel my order.

It took six days to receive a response, and that email only acknowledged my initial request to cancel and promised a follow-up that never came. It's now been over two weeks since the follow-up email; the candles have already been delivered, and I still haven't received any resolution.

I haven't experienced such poor customer service in a long time. Ignoring a customer's cancellation request and then failing to follow through with a solution is unacceptable.

8/4/26 Update
Ironically, I just received an email from Goose Creek saying if I haven't yet heard from a representative, to respond with my issue (again) or my ticket will be closed. This is the exact issue I described in my original complaint. I received an automated email stating that I should have already been helped, even though no one has actually contacted me or addressed my request.

Goose Creek Candles is the only place I get my Candles!
Excellant selection of wonderful scents! Their Candles burn for a long time filling my house up !
Customer service is Top Notch!

I have yet to light the candles, so I cannot speak to their scent when burned or their longevity. I can only go by what other candle purchasers have said. The wax tarts I bought smell wonderful. I use them in my bathroom. My only area for improvement is shipping. It took a long time for my order to arrive.
