I placed an order on the 27th April and still haven’t received my order, also contacted them 3 times for an update on the order with no response at all.

Items never received. No response to emails. No refund or replacement sent. AVOID!

Order placed on 26.04 with expected 7 day delivery. Item not received, have contacted via website and email. No response at all
Don’t waste your money

Order never received, seems like the owner is too busy on her holidays in Turkey to be making sure her business is running properly. Not going to last long at this rate.

I don't think it even deserves the one star, I did not receive my order and they don't answer emails ,it seems to be a scam company.

I normally read reviews before I buy and for some reason I didn’t bother before purchasing the mitts and I so wish I had.
It seems to be another scam company that like to take your money and not come up with the goods.
Sent 2 emails, a text message and a fb message and had no response.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered mits on 8th April and still nothing. I’ve emailed them 3 times and requested refunds but no response! Good skin beauty have taken my money and not sent out the goods I’ve paid for! Judging by the reviews on here I’m not the only one this has happened to.

I have been waiting since 24 March for my order. I’ve emailed at least 10-15 times with only one response that said my order would be with me in 2 weeks. Three weeks later, the order still hasn’t arrived and my emails for a refund are being ignored.
Avoid this company- they don’t keep their promises and steal your money!

I ordered before reading the reviews (rookie mistake, I know) and my story is the same as most reviews on here - 4 weeks, no delivery, no response to emails etc. Please don't waste your money like I did, they're just another scam company. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible shipping but the product is actually really good! I ordered the mits on the 8th of April but didn’t receive them until the 30th of April but I have used them 3 times and already seeing a difference! Not sure why people aren’t receiving their orders but I did and it really does work!

SCAM!!!! Never received my order and they didn’t answer emails or help chat

Products are great but they do not reply to emails - I had an issue with one of my products which they could easily have resolved and have not had response despite emailing twice. Wont buy from them again because of this

I’ve placed my order almost a month ago but still haven’t received it.
There is no communication with the company whatsoever.

This company is a complete scam.

Started a subscription in October 2023 and received my order monthly without any issues, however, my last payment was taken on 21st March and still haven’t received goods today 25th April. No response to emails or messages sent via the online contact page. Really disappointed, I’ve cancelled my subscription and will not be using them again. I’ve reported them to shopify, who simply pass on your message to the vendor and refuse to get involved. Also reported to the bank.

Please do NOT buy from this company. I've already put up a warning, but just noticed that the DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY HAS POSTED A POSITIVE REVIEW ON HERE, posing as a customer (using their real name, wasn't very wise). They're constantly deleting negative reviews on their website & are relying on innocent followers from the 'Cleaning tips & tricks' group on Facebook to buy their products. If you're from the group & you're reading this, the admins are in on the scam & will delete all comments expressing concerns or negativity & then they will block the person, so that you only see positive replies towards this scam business & their products. SHAME ON ALL OF THEM!

Goods never received even on the tracking on the Goodskin dashboard it states order unfulfilled. I have emailed this company with my order details 3 times and absolutely no response. I would NEVER recommend this company. Please note this is the first time I have left a one star on Trustpilot. So disappointed with this company.

Huge scam

Run away from this company DO NOT BUY.
They take your money and nothing is delivered.
No replies to email. Terrible scam.

I’ve still NOT received my order from 24.3.24 & I’ve still NOT received a reply to my numerous emails. The company have now removed all my negative reviews from their website - so obviously someone is there working!!!
Again DON’T buy from this company - it’s a SCAM.
