If I could give it a 0 I would, I am surprised they are still open to be honest after all of the bad reviews. I placed an order with them, paid fast shipping order was canceled twice, then when it finally arrived after explicitly requesting and agreeing on a refund, they stopped responding and simply stole almost 200 euros. It has been over a month and they blocked me from calling them. Avoid avoid avoid.
I’ve ordered from HalaFood around 6–7 times, and honestly, my experience has been much better than what their current rating suggests.
All my orders eventually arrived and in good condition. Delivery can sometimes be a bit delayed, but nothing unreasonable, and I always received my packages in the end. The products are carefully packaged, which I really appreciate.
There have been a few times when some items were missing from my order, but I was credited back quickly without any hassle.
Overall, I like their product range; they offer a lot of variety that’s not always easy to find elsewhere.
So while there are small areas to improve (mainly delivery speed and occasional missing items), based on my experience, they are reliable, and I would order again.
Borderline scam. Four items were missing from my order, even though the package was perfectly sealed—which means they weren't even packed in the first place. I sent an email thinking it was just a mistake, hoping for an explanation, a reshipment, or at least a refund. However, I received no response at all, proving they are not a serious company. Avoid, avoid, avoid."
Untrusted seller. Charge your credit card immediately. Fake delivery promises. Delay your delivery for days and never answer emails or phone calls. Avoid!
Scammers. High prices. Poor quality. They don't respect their customers. You pay €7.50 for express shipping, but it's actually slow and takes weeks, which can damage some products. Don't trust them, and don't trust the positive reviews from their (fools) employees. Beware of them.
Order bounced and the shipping company returned it to sender. I sent them an email to ask for a refund in case they can't send it properly. I'm not at all happy with this.
